When booked through agoda pics wer glam actual place is dirty.old ripped furniture disgusting ”
Emailed hotel to comfirm if im getting exactly what i need no 1 replyed i wouldnt book this place again the ceiling in the bathroom was leakeing so could just stand at toilet and have a shower rather than bath the place is riddled with cockroaches swimming pool is infested with bird droppings actually the birds wer shocked to see us may be no 1 goes to the pool apart from all the birds that want to drink water all in all this place is disgusting i have wasted my money please stay away and agoda should check these places before advertising them

Wosrt place ever!”
The pictures on the sites does reflect the hotel! the places dirty, not well keep, the floors where sticky, the trash and mop pals in the hallway. The rooms are just run down and bugs!

Absolutely horrendous experience”
It was one of the worst experiences I have had in my last 25 years of stay in Dubai. When I checked in, the rooms were not done. I had to ask for the towels and toiletries from the reception. The second day when I came back at mid night I realized my room has not been cleaned. I called the reception to complain and told them to get it done in the morning. At 1.00 AM When I fast asleep, the housekeeping rang the bell to clean my room. What kind of hotel would have service levels of that sort !!!!!!
