Lack of service
The staffs were not available when I needed them specially at night. I was trying to call the receptionist more than 20 mins but no answer... however the other departments were not even trying to help me specially when I needed the first aid box while my hand were full of blood ... what a service ?

Poor customer service - bathroom stinks,
We were group of 4 adults and 1 baby - we arrived at 1:55PM and I went straight to the check in counter. When i spoke to the reception guy - he was already on a bad mood maybe because of the busyness of the day (was 1st day of Eid break) but still - he should show some courtesy on each and every guest. I told him can he check the system now because i have a small child - and he rudelessly barked at me and say have a seat coz its not yet 2PM. by that time it was already 3 minutes before 2pm. Fast forward - i got the room by 2:15 - it was spacious and the view was good however the moment we step in - we were welcomed by the stinky smell of the half bathroom near the door. I go and check the other bathroom inside the room and there ware no towels - i had to call room service to provide towels for us and asked to clean the bathroom again. in the evening - i had my sister come over to bring dinner from outside and well - again they were treated rudely by the staff and asking for their IDs in the reception. And that one bellboy guy even spoke in Hindu that there were already 13 people in our room??? (He thought my brother in law was Filipino but sorry he was Nepali and he understood every single word.) The next morning - i called Room service to request extra shampoo and conditioner because we were 4 and there was only 1 each. Someone answered and said they will send some but till we checked out no one came. In summary it was HORRIBLE experience! I will never ever book this hotel - and NEVER will i recommend it to my family and friends. Thank you for ruining our staycation!

Good staff, but no pool, internet problems and TV channels poor selection
The staff were very helpful and cooperative. A couple really went the extra mile to help me out. They kept the room pretty clean too. The negatives were that the pool was being refurbished, so there was nowhere to swim, They offered to transport to another nearby property with a pool, but too inconvenient. I had a lot of connectivity problems with my laptop and mobile phone. The network was constantly going in and out. Data transfer rate was very slow, so I could not watch videos on my phone and on my laptop, they were very choppy, always buffering. Last was the TV service. There were very few TV channels worth watching. Maybe three of four out of 100 that were available, were worth watching. The rest were either in Arabic or had content that was terrible. There are no DVD players in the rooms and they do not provide any either. I liked the people here, they just need to upgrade the technology and entertainment.

Pool under maintenance, slow response from staff.
We waited more than 40 mins for check-in simply Bcoz there was two staff and both were busy with guests checking out although it was 2:30pm already.
