    A nice Presidential Suite”

    I was booked 2 deluxe room and I asked for connecting room. But it wasn't available, so they upgraded the room to a lovely Presidential Suite. It was a big suite, with 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom, living room, dining area, pantry, working area and toilet. The hotel is also very convenient, it just next to Pavilion and if you're looking for local eats, just go to Alor. It's a really happening place at night.

    At first they wanna put me under smoking areas as what i requested supposed to be non smoking room... and they provide me with two single bed instead of queen size... , hopefully it won't happen again for the near future... Thanks you

    typical old style of 5 star hotel, but the location was excellent, so many tourist stay in this hotel and is so happening, room is spacious but the fridge inside the room is not working, and someone vomit inside the lift,omg....

    Regret booking this hotel ”

    I really disappointed booking this hotel first we reached there is 8 pm already should the room is ready for check in already but the receptionist give use old room not even same like the picture And check in so slow in front of me only 2 guest we need to wait 30 min for check in Some more they give us room not like our request I request non smoking and king size bed They give me two bed and smoking and very old room I really in bad mood because this thing I will definitely not booking this hotel again .

    Perfect location for shoping”

    The hotel is luxury in the lobby but a little bit old design for room. Only 2 minutes walk to reach pavilion mal and lot10. Outside the hotel there are 711, many food stall. Very recommend for shopping. I booked for twin bed but i got double bed.. the hotel is full so they couldnt change the room but they give us extra bed instead. Will come again next time

    Superb location but...”

    The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the shopping, entertainment and food district. However... checking in took nearly an hour! We booked multiple rooms. They weren't able to accommodate all of us on the same floor, which is fine. Suggested that we upgrade to club rooms, which we did, and paid for. Rooms were okay, slightly dated, with lighting that was not great but most importantly were clean. Some of our rooms had shower that fluctuated hot and cold water - one didn't even have hot water. The electrical sockets were old and a hazard for small children. Breakfast was tasty, good spread. What upset us the most was when we made inquiries regarding their breakfast policy and club lounge policy (no kids allowed). It's okay to deny our requests but the staff was rude and unfriendly and was absolutely uncompromising. Just bitterly disappointed by such treatment at such a reputable hotel.

    Room with Club was excellent”

    Didnt know what the club was when we booked it as had a bigger discount it was not that much more than normal room. It was excellent included was evening food with drink, 3 items were washed every day and during the day you could enter and have cake and coffee. You could have breakfast there that was a bonus as the main breakfast restaurant was very noisy and busy with many hundreds of people. Location was great in the centre next to the shops and can walk almost undercover to the Petronus Towers. Had a lovely time. Staff very nice as well.

    Choose non smoking room only”

    Dont choose smoking room.. i booked 2 rooms for non smoking room.. but suddenly my father want smoking room.. so i got rooms on 7th floor (721 and 723).. the rooms smell so bad, especially room 721, and the bathroom really2 smell so bad (i think from the drain), and also got problem with the flush.. for room 723 is better, but the aircond so cold (cant switch off or low/high the temperature).. This is not my 1st time to stay at GM and always got nice and great room(for non smoking room), because of that i choose to stay there.. My father feel so dissapointed with the room conditions and said dont wanna go back.. but for me.. its ok as long we dont choose smoking room (think twice) :D For the service, its good enough, thank you for gave me late check out :) Sorry and thank you GM Hotel :)

    Good location but poor service”

    Located in city center, shopping area, easy access to public transportation and restaurants. Hotel staff tried to force me to upgrade the room to executive suite or to get smoking room and said the deluxe room which I had paid already was not available! Key card was always not working many times a day and everyday. Receptionist did not provide information. Breakfast was of limited choice and same menu was offered everyday for 7 days, no food for the allergies. Coffee machine was broken almost everyday. In the room, there was no minibar, telephone was out of order.

    Amazing Service”

    We were deliberating between GM and another nearby hotel and decided to give GM a chance to please. We were allocated a large corner room, which fitted the extra bed comfortably next to the window. The beds were comfortable, good-sized bathroom with tub and shower. The gym is amazingly spacious and well equipped. The location is PERFECT!

    I request for one king size bed, and I get two single bed room. I called to reception for my request again once I get in the room on the first day , and the customer service said will arrange counter to call me, but after a day I didn't receive any call. Disappointed.

    Very convenient, right next to Pavillion, and in the central of Bukit Bintang.”

    Very convenient as it is right next to Pavillian. However, the hotel can do with a bit of updating. It is clean, and bed is comfortable. The breakfast is ok. There are some minor issues, found hairs on clean towel and tv kept going off and need to be reset, which is not very convenient.

    Great location”

    My second time staying here; love the fact that it is conveniently located next to Pavilion and few other shopping complexes, the rooms were spacious and the staffs were friendly. However, this time, the bath tub and electric kettle was not clean to use. Other than that, I've had a pleasant stay at Grand Millennium.

    Hotel with best location in KLCC”

    This hotel location is exactly in the centre of tourist attraction, you can reach almost all places in KLCC by foot ... for families, with children or couples ... big resto or cheap foods all nearby ... branded things or cheap stuffs ... hang out places ... petronas towers and old KL tower ... so I really have to admit it as one of the best located hotel in town. Helpful staffs and other facilities make it better to stay.

    The staff are helpful, however the hotel room check-in process is very slow, and it takes more than 20 mins before assign the room. Water shower is difficult to manage on the hotel water, and have to tune carefully before too hot or too cold. Breakfast, can be room for improvement.

    Great Location”

    Room deluxe was not ready even at 6pm and had to wait 45 mins for them to decide to give me the upgrade. Upgraded to the higher floor club room but with no club privileges so in effect just the same room I booked but wasted 45mins. If you don’t have the booked room available just upgrade automatically. The steam room was not working properly and the sauna was out of order. The health club facilities looking rather shabby.

    Good hotel with nice staff”

    The hotel is perfectly situated in Bukit Bintang almost next door to the Pavilion Mall. The rooms are a high standard for a very reasonable price. The staff are great and very friendly. It is the hotel my company uses for business but, if I am in KL st my own expense I use it too.

    Club floor was excellent!”

    Truly enjoyed the benefits that came with the club floor. The drinks and food served during evening cocktails at the club lounge was good! Many choices of food available. However, it be great if there is a drinks menu so we would know what type of drinks are being served.
