“Exceptional Stay at Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur – Best Service in Bukit Bintang!”
I visit Kuala Lumpur every two months for leisure, and I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels in the Bukit Bintang area. However, this is the first time I felt compelled to write a review — all because Grand Millennium KL gave me an unexpectedly amazing experience. To be honest, I didn’t expect much initially, knowing that the hotel has been around for quite some time. Often, even refurbished older hotels still feel outdated. But I was pleasantly surprised during my recent stay! I checked in on June 28, 2025, and booked a Club Room. Upon arrival at the Club Lounge on the 18th floor, I was warmly welcomed by Sanjet and Vee, who greeted me with smiles. While one assisted with my check-in, the other offered me a refreshing drink. Since the room wasn’t ready yet, they invited me to relax in the lounge and kindly confirmed my request for a late check-out at 2:00 PM the next day. When I finally entered my room, I was wowed by the modern minimalist design — it was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The view overlooked the bustling city streets of Bukit Bintang. The location is unbeatable: just steps away from Pavilion Mall to the left and Lot 10 to the right. While many nearby hotels offer similar convenience, I genuinely believe **Grand Millennium Certainly! At first, I didn’t have high expectations, knowing that this hotel has been around for a long time. Many older hotels don’t necessarily feel new even after renovations. But this time, I was truly pleasantly surprised. I checked in on June 28, 2025, and booked a Club Room. When I arrived at the Club Lounge on the 18th floor, I was greeted with warm smiles by two staff members named Sanjet and Vee. One assisted me with check-in while the other offered me a drink. Since the room wasn’t ready yet, they invited me to relax at the lounge and kindly informed me that my late check-out request for the next day was approved — I could check out at 2:00 PM. Once the room was ready and I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised again — the room had a modern, minimalist design that felt spacious, clean, and elegant. It was truly comfortable. The view overlooked the vibrant and lively city streets. Of course, the location is excellent — turn left after stepping out of the hotel and you’re just steps away from Pavilion Mall; turn right and in just a few minutes, you’ll reach Lot 10 Mall. While many other hotels in the area offer convenience too, I feel that when it comes to value for money, this hotel stands out. The food at the Club Lounge was beautifully prepared and absolutely delicious. Sanjet and Vee provided wonderful service — and the other staff were great too, though I didn’t get their names. The breakfast was also hearty and delicious. Upon checking out the next day, I discovered that the hotel has a Chinese restaurant, so I decided to try their Cantonese dim sum — and I was so impressed. Lai Ching Yuen was amazing! The dim sum was not only delicious but also exquisitely presented. You could see the chefs and waitstaff working with smiles on their faces. The servers even gently reminded me that the dishes were hot and to be careful — and their frequent polite “thank you”s and “excuse me”s made me feel like a VIP guest. I’ve tried many 5-star hotel Chinese restaurants nearby, but the service at Lai Ching Yuen is the best by far. Thank you, Grand Millennium KL, for such a wonderful experience.
