        Great location, good staff, amenities need retouching, breakfast needs improving, jockey needs to be more considerate of other guests. Overall experience 6.5/10; there are certainly better 'club room' experiences out there with similar prices but location wise this place is the best for shopping, eating and hanging out!

        Overall a great stay except the aircon coolness control was not working at all. Temp went as Low as 18 degrees Celsius. Technician had to manually adjust the temp twice. Had to use fan speed to regulate temp. The club lounge staff especially Anna were very friendly. Food quality is equivalentl to 4star. Room cleanliness and condition is not a 5 star quality. Overall Rate 4 out of 5. Staff service is 5 star. If not for the promo, I would have stayed somewhere.

        Could have been better”
        Last time I stayed in this hotel was early 2016 and i had a good experience. this time however it was not as good as before. the bathroom shower was sort of off, towel rather smelled, and the staffs were not so attentive as before. maybe because it was peak season as i noticed quite a lot of middle eastern guest in the hotel. it was like 10usd or so less expensive than the surrounding hotels, but that said i wouldnt mind spending extra 10usd for better experience...

        Every night, I could see red coloured water with rust when I turn on the tap water. Very close from night market and etc, but because of that, GMKHotel is look like a cheap hotel . . .

        Was given a non smoking room as requested, however the previous guests was smoking inside and the smell was so strong when we check in. Though in the end the hotel arrange for a change of room, but it would be better if checks was done earlier to ensure the room is smoke free before releasing to next incoming guests. Overall the hotel is great with excellent location.

        stayed in club plus room. In general great place to stay. clean facility, amazing staff, good food and convinient location. Club area itself needs to be more user friendly. It is good as is along with staff but could do with more improvements. We should be allowed to have a few guests over for no charge to hold business discussions etc.
