Comfortable hotel, decent service, clean rooms.
The hotel was centrally located and you could shop to your heart's content. Good room service, clean rooms. Many rooms have a view of the Patronas Towers.
When we arrived at the hotel, our reservation had been lost. It took about an hour for them to finally find it. This immediately put us in a bad mood (just got off the bus from Singapore). However, they compensated for this fact by upgrading our rooms (we had a view of the Patronas Towers). The rooms were clean, modern, decently sized and a good value for the money we spent. Compared to the other 4/5 star hotels in the area, this one provided the best value for the money. The buffet breakfast was also decent. I would stay at this hotel again.

the worst experience this year. the reception was strangely configured to have 5 check in desk. it was friday evening and there were 1 check in staff who was busy explaining to the guests what the rooms are like. but there was 3 other groups of guest waiting to check in. neither the conceige nor the 5 or 6 porter around the area knew to alert the duty manager. who rushed out when a guest yelled at the conciege. all of a sudden 3 check in staff came out of the break room. the rest of the stay was poor. same experience at check out with 2 staff available. traffic valet sat while guests tried to get their own taxis. do not stay here

the stay was pleasant! the hotel service is nice. room is great! everything is just nice. but, maybe a little bit expensive on the price. anyway, if join as member, i think the price is more ok.. anyhow, great hotel!
