Good location, understaffed
Location, location & location
Long wait for check-in and check out. Seems like the hotel did not anticipate huge crowds over the long weekend and only have 3 counters available for both check in and check out. Despite being a member, late check out is only until 1pm even though it states 3pm for members. Service not comparable to Marriott or Westin which are also 5 star and just across the road. Rooms are old.. Would only stay there again because of it's location next to Pavillion mall. Rooms need upgrading, staffs need to be more service oriented..

the best hotel
clean, best location & friendly staff
1) Food glorious food: Fouquet’s has five restaurants and three bars, not too shabby considering the hotel has only 81 rooms. Our favorite places to hang out were at Le Bar Marta, with its black and white 1930s Hollywood glam design and La Petite Maison de Nicole because, heck, if it’s good enough for Jay-Z and Beyoncé, it’s good enough for us. The food at La Petite Maison is best-described as gourmet southern France comfort food. That means Macaroni with Truffles and Provençal Ratatouille. If you go on a Thursday, Friday or Saturday evening you can groove with one of the resident DJs.

Great location
Location, clean, decent
This review is based on a change of room to a higher floor and a newer room. We requested for a room change and after a 40 minute wait (an unprofessionally long time for a supposedly 5-star hotel!!) The previous room was on a floor that seemed older and smelled mustier. The 15th floor felt like it had a fresh makeover with a new carpet & wallpaper; it even smelled new! The contrast of the 2 rooms was like night and day! Fortunately, and much to our relief, the front desk did offer us a change of room. The hotel location is excellent if you want to be in Bukit Bintang as it is totally accessible to the many shopping centres around there. But here's a tip to include in your notes should you decide to book this hotel; until the building next to the Pavilion is completed, request for a room facing the Farenheit Mall, above the 14th floor.
