Very friendly, comfortable and safe beach location - on the excellent Ngwe Saung Beachfront and close to the town. Spacious and comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff.

poolbar was closed all the time, so there was no chance for ordering drinks while relaxing at pool/ beach. room was big with balcony, ac and hot water, but the ground was not really clean when we arrived. for this price i expected a little bit more from the hotel, but the beach was amazing!

Location is great , very near to the sea. Sea view bungalow is perfect and in front of swimming pool. The staffs are very friendly . I choose this hotel because of it's layout plan to take nice picture.

Prices not cheaper,but room facilities look like very old.Hotel like still in construction. Less parking in here, couldn't imagine how they designing before? You can paid little bit more money get much better than this property.

For the same price you can find better options. The problem is that most are not in Internet, so you have to go and book there. The good points are the location by the beach and the pool also by the beach. The bad points are wi fi never works properly, breakfast is too Chinese, and also the whole place is not so calm and quiet as I expected.

Great view of sunset and good beaches. Facilities worn out and old. Periods of the day no electricity as resort is powered by 2 generators with power trip at least 3 times in an single day.

The hotel room is too expensive for the facilities provided, as limited time for the electricity usage, heater are too hot as difficult to adjust to the suitable temperature for shower, post the burn dangerous too. Unhygienic for the food served, as not cover the food and fruit. Saw flies flying here and there on the food or fruit. The coffee served is not hot. The bread and bun served are hard.

Hotel doesn't recognize my booking from Agoda.”
I booked the hotel and arrived at the hotel but the staff(seems like the one who is handling online booking) told me that he has not received any information regarding my booking from their HO, Yangon office. And I showed him my booking with reference number but the guy said that it doesn't work as he wasn't informed from their YGN office and it's Sat so the office is off in YGN. Instead of helping me solving the problem he was trying to sell me as walk-in customer with higher price. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Agoda TO STOP THIS HOTEL BOOKING SERVICE.

Hotel pretenzioso di scarsa qualità : il retro della camera si affaccia su una fogna a cielo aperto, Rumorosità elevata : durante la maggior parete del giorno e della notte siamo stati disturbati dal generatore elettrico, mentre di giorno vi erano anche i rumori causati dai lavori di manutenzione. 프런트 직원의 황당한 태도( 아마도 거짓말)”
아고다 통해서 예약하고 예약번호도 물론 받아 그곳에 도착후 호텔 프런트에 모바일상 예약 이미지와 예약번호를 보여 주었지만 아마도 메니져인 듯한 직원이 나와 자기는 아고다로 부터 아무런 연락도 받지 못했다고 하기에 3번더 예약괸련 메일을 아고다에 요청했고 3번 다 즉시 메일이 도착했지만 호텔 직원은 노트북을 가져와 보여주며 자기는 아무런 연락을 받지 못했다는 말만 되풀이하며 아고다에 예약한 금액인 U$54는 안되고 U$70을 현금으로 주면 방을 줄 수 있다고 하며 내 IS Number를 알려달라고 하기에 아고다에 등록된 내 메일 주소를 알려주었더니 조금 있다가 다시 U$60을 주면 방을 주겠다고 하기에 다른 대안이 젼혀 없었던 나는 그 가격에 동의 할 수 밖에 없었고 나중에 또 말이 바뀔까 염려스러워 미리 선불로 돈을 지급하고 하루를 보냈지만 너무 황당하고 기분이 좋지 않았습니다. 그 호텔측의 주장대로 아고다에서 나에게만 예약확정과 예약번호를 알려주고 호텔에는 전혀 연락을 안한 것인지 알고 싶습니다. 알려 주었더니
