Great hotel to stay nearby the airport ”
We stayed in the hotel shortly after being opened in 2015. i guess we were the only guest in the complete hotel - as the AC in the reception was turned off and we could decide what we would like to have for breakfast (freshly made for us) The room was very clean and modern and the employees were very friendly. Unfortunately we/our taxi drivers (ola drivers) had difficulties finding the accommodation. Maybe because it was new - maybe because the main road leading the hotel can only be entered by one side. In general it's safe to say that - We appreciated our stay.

transit before and after biz trip”
Stayed for two nights - Hot shower wasn't available for the first night, and only luke warm water was available on the second day. Staffs were not responding to your calls.

The best hotel to experience "THE WORST SERVICE"”
I am a filmmaker and I have travelled a lot around the world. This hotel is the worst of all the hotels I stayed. They provided a private taxi for 4 hours for 12,000 INR but the driver dropped us back to the hotel after 3 hours, saying that he has another customer to pick up, even though I had another destination to visit. The hotel provided another private taxi and charged another 600 INR for 10min drive. (Normal taxi would cost 300 INR and the hotel says they don't/won't call normal taxi!!). When I called the manager to complain, he hung up the phone 3 times in the middle, shouting back to me. No hot water for shower, No buffet breakfast they advertised, Omelet and bread only... They said they have brown bread but it was white bread toasted until it gets brown!!! And we had to order coffee 3 times since the staffs don't understand the difference among espresso, americano and milked coffee. The manager never showed up while we stayed for two days and no staff seems to know how to apologize at all. SIMPLY ONE OF THE WORST HOTELS!!

Very Nice Hotel”
A nice well kept hotel with all the good amenities. Pity I could not get a warm shower. Only slightly above cold water. Was only 1 night in transit so selected this as it was close to the airport. Staff at the hotel were very good. Had 2 taxi companies struggle to find the place due to the name being different to what they know it as.

Too many faults”
The problems began with the airport pickup when after a phone call they advised our driver was at international not Domestic despite our email advising arrival from Varanasi. They also advised the cost to be 500r despite our reservation showing no charge. After 45 minutes we decided to catch a taxi. The hotel looks nice and the restaurant was good. At 6pm reception advised hot water would be available in one hour but we had not experienced any by the time we left at 11am next morning. We do not sleep with an air conditioner on so were annoyed when a noise like a truck next door began in the early hours, obviously the motors are noisey and not well situated At 3am I was on my computer cancelling our return visit in 10 days time and booking elsewhere.
