Sometimes the details matter. In our case this was our frustration. There is no cooker to make hot water, the reception won't/cannot facilitate hot water and gives us the information to go to 7/11 !!!!! The soap and shampoo have so much water that itś like water with soap flavour, to much watery to do the job. Only 1 towel per person

This place should be removed from the hotel listings there's literally not one person staying there and not one person working there it has been abandoned the swimming pools are just full of green algae no one at all is present even at the reception desk.

Gibt besseres für den Preis! ”
Pool war sehr schmutzig, sah aus als ob 2 Monate nicht gereinigt. Das ganze Resortgelände ziemlich runtergekommen. 3 Tage lang Probleme mit der Dusche, heiß Wasser funktioniert nicht, jeden Tag anrufen und Mechaniker kam, um zu reparieren, sehr nervig! Extra Gebühr für Katze, stand aber nicht bei Agoda. Die Zimmer im vorderen neuen Gebäude sind aber schön eingerichtet.

Wir haben für ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick gebucht, zudem wird im Internet ein Pool angepriesen. Wir hatten weder einen Gartenblick, noch konnten wir den Garten oder gar den Pool nutzen. Alles ist sehr heruntergekommen und der ganze Garten- sowie Poolbereich ist abgesperrt und nicht zugänglich. Wir haben das Hotel nach einer Nacht verlassen. Zudem haben wir gesehen, dass es zum Verkauf steht. Das ist reine verarsche und Abzocke. Nie wieder !!!

Man hat uns mit Absicht das Wasser abgestellt am Abend. Keine Toilette, Dusche, funktionierte mehr. Ich will mein Geld zurück. Hatten vorher ein nettes Gespräch mit den Besitzern. Doch das Wasser nur bei uns abzustellen ist gewollt getan worden.

Kamers zijn super, bedden harder dan verwacht maar het sliep verder prima! Personeel is super aardig en gastvrij en konden vrijwel direct een scootertje bij ze huren. Na het uitchecken konden ze ons helpen om naar een ander hotel te gaan en ook dat verliep prima! Liggen is oke, mits je een scootertje huurt. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

ห้องพักดี สะอาด เข้าจากท่าเรือธรรมชาติมาไม่ไกลมาก แต่ที่พักเป็นแบบเงียบหน่อย เหมาะแก่การมาพักผ่อนแบบส่วนตัว ไม่วุ่นวาย ไม่เสียงดัง ใกล้ร้านอาหาร คลับ บาร์ แต่ไม่ได้ติดทะเล ไม่ได้มีวิวทะเล หากจะเล่นน้ำอาจต้องไปไกลสักหน่อย พนักงานต้อนรับดี ที่จอดรถเยอะ มีสระว่ายน้ำ ต้นไม้เยอะ ร่มเย็นมากๆ ฟีลโรงแรมเหมือนสไตล์บาหลี
