Very helpful staff in clean hotel”

The staff at Grand Orion were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Sefti in particular helped us arrange transportation and gave us advice on things we wanted to do. A great place to base your stay.

Excellence Service”

I really impressed with the service from this hotel. They provide us breakfast eraly inthe morning after they know that we hve to leave for the port at 5.30 in the morning. Two staff brought us the breakfast to our room. Superb

Comfortable and clean”

Everything in the room was fine apart from the flashing lights even when switched off and lack of wifi on the 2nd floor as they were in the middle of upgrading. Get a SIM card! Be careful as they will try to organise a taxi where they get commission. As to speak to streetaxi directly as they speak English. The rooms are a bit run down and don't loose anything under the beds as they don't clean it. Otherwise comfortable and reasonable service. Wifi in lobby was temperamental.

Si te gusta pasar calor en la habitación, éste es tu sitio. El aire acondicionado trabajaba lo justo durante todo el día y la noche para mantener la habitación habitable. La wifi se recibía muy débil en la habitación. No está bien insonorizado, se oyen las motos pasando por la carretera. El desayuno normal. Lo mejor, los jugos de chirimoya. Buenísimos.

Hotel ini sangat sangat buruk fasilitasnya. Wifi tidak bisa connect. Di kamar tidak disediakan tong sampah. Lemari baju kondisinya buruk. Tiang hangernya tidak ada karena sudah rusak. Handuk yg diberian kotor. Didalam WC banyak sekali yg rusak tapi tidak diperbaiki. Di lobby hotel dibiarkan merokok sampai berasap tebal dan bau sekali. Cara staff menjawab pun kurang sopan dan tidak mau tau alias bodo amat.
