    Booked a family suite. The room is clean and spacious. Wheelchair accessible. Helpful staffs. Too bad the cafe at the lobby is closed so we had to buy food from outside. There is a construction going on near the hotel.

    I booked for a superior room for just RM61.12 per night. The room furniture is old, but I'm happy and satisfied with the cleanliness. The staff are very friendly!

    This is the first time im staying here with my parents. They like tosei (breakfast) and nasi lemak. for my family its delicious. Thanks, a great food. the place is near Chow kit that we want to go and the location was easy to access. first night we have a problem with air condition that cannot control it manually, it is so cool though we used double blanket (my room only have 1 blanket but the room is for 2 people) when i ask the blanket, the cleaner they take time to gave to me, when i get the blanket, it was...errrr...there is many hair there, its attached to the blanket. they dont have others blanket that clean, so i dont use that blanket until i transfer to others room (they give clean blanket). we are lucky, me and my mom doesnt get asthma. after talk with the staff there, they move us to another level that the air condition was perfect. overall my rate is ok except the blanket and air condition.
