Not v good this time. Room was very dirty.
Usually my stay is pleasent. This time was not good at all with dirty room with not good toilets. I hope the hotel wouldn't sacrifice their reputation n renovate this room b4 allowing guests to it

It was a wonderful stay

It was a very good stay. The rooms were very large and fairly new. The staff were friendly and helpful. THe location was great. So close to pretty much everything.

good except the 24hrs room service. no vallet park
comfortable room. good location. reasonable price.
Good in general. But no one pick up the phone for room service when ordering supper. Ended up asking reception desk for it. Took quite a while for the food.

Close walk to the MRT Station, Large and very Comfortable room with king size bed. Very friendly staff who were very happy to assist us. The food at this hotel was really nice and option of a few restaurants within the hotel.

Fantastic. Friendly staff. We were at the club lounge and enjoyed the high tea and evening cocktails. Great view of the city and wonderful food and drinks available within the club lounge. Breakfast we had a choice to have it at the main cafe or the lounge. Opted for the cafe due to it wide variety of food available. Great stay.
