“Strategic location, clean and spacious. Beware of karaoke sessions downstairs!”
The room was clean and stocked with basic amenities. The sheets and pillows didn't smell and look funky. The front desk staff was kind enough to help book private transportation during our stay. Location was amazing, situated right next to the landmark of Hat Yai - Lee Gardens Hotel. However, there was this irritating karaoke session downstairs that went on until 1 AM. So try to request rooms on higher floors. Also, the staff wouldn't provide more water bottles upon request. We had just arrived at the hotel and hadn't stopped at any convenience stores to get water, but they flatly refused to spare us even a bottle of water.
