Stay on the 13/4/26 last day of songkran. Got stuck in a Massive trafic jam. As i arrived late 5pm. Parking was ok as they have staff to attend to us. Just leave the keys to them and they issue a receipt for guest. They have 3 wings A B C i got Wing B. But i wanted Wing A. When reach to lobby for check in. I was a bit annoyed by the other hotel Guest talking soo loud for a minute there it felt like Pasar Malam ( Night Market) then a Hotel. The front desk staff was nice and friendly. Even with the other guest talking soo loud she still manage to do her work smoothly. The rooms was nice, clean , big and spacious. Air cond was really good. Big bath tub as well. Bed was comfy. The bad side was when i need to go for a smoke. I need to walk all the way down for a smoke. Like really all the way down. Thats the not fun part. I hope can a more nearly smoking earea. And 1 of the parking staff (brother) was soo kind. As my fren had a tummy pain attack and need to go to the nearest hospital for a specific painkiller jab. They even help me quickly load my luggage to my car. The staff took his bike and told us to follow him. I drive and folow from behind. He bring us to the nearest hospital. And he even ask the hospital staff to bring a wheelchair to assit my fren. I thank the brother and he went back to hotel. I forget to ask his name. He was a very kind guy willing to help us with out asking any favour in return. Hats off to that brother. Worth the stay here will coms back again.
