          Hotel Grand Puncak is Very WORTH Hotel to stay in!”

          great service, great location (center of town), and good price

          Our stay in Hotel Puncak (that's their "famous" name in pangkalpinang) was great. Main reason is the hotel manager Mr. Robby is giving us (and other guests too) hospitality services beyond the normal service of 3 star hotel. His service is like a 6 star hotel! The hotel itself too is great in location, room, and cleanliness. Worth more than what we may pay for. The hotel is not only recommended for business traveler, but also family who do not seek extra swimming pool or jogging track to be along with the hotel - it is quiet and near to food centres too. Great Stay and Satisfied customer.

          Hotel with limited hot or warm water”

          I came back to hotel around 9.45 and then taking shower around 10.30. But there was no hot water at all, I asked receptionist and the answer was hot water available only till 21.00 PM. And there is no confirmation to guest when check in. Even in the morning its only warm water not hot.

          Banyak sekali kecoak di dalam kamar nya, mengerikan sekali sampai tidur juga tidak tenang. Koper harus dikunci karna takut kemasukan kecoa.           Lokasi susah parkir, handuk tidak nyaman dipergunakan, sprei buat badan gatal, di kolong tempat tidur saat saya menginap masih ada tertinggal sampah kotak cd dan jeruk yang sudah busuk. Staf cukup ramah dan sangat membantu, sayang kebersihan sangat kurang.

          Booking dua kamar dihotel ini atas rekomendasi teman yang tinggal di Pangkal Pinang. Hotel ini berada di lantai 5 sebuah shopping center dengan nama yang sama. Hanya saja conciege yang berada di latani dasar kurang tanggap sehingga tamu harus angkut sendiri koper. Lokasi hotel strategis dan mudah mencari tempat makan. Untuk fasilitas biasa saja tidak ada yang istimewa.

          Saat pertama kali masuk ada bau yg kurang sedap. Setelah jendela dibuka akhirnya baunya berkurang. Air panas tidak terasa, meskipun dingin-nya berkurang. Di kasur seperti masih ada sisa pasir, jadi dibersihkan dahulu. Untung lokasi di pusat kota, jadi sesuai untuk ber-keliling di kota dan sekitarnya
