Stupid toilet. Not convenient at all for muslim. Stain all over in the toilet. Tv not working. Damn hard to open the door using key, not key card. Old fashioned. The agent was okay.

Misleading Title of 'Grand Service'”
The suite is not affiliated with the Berjaya Hotel, kindly take note. Paid good money to stay here. Only good thing were its great location (shopping mall and near to monorail station) and the suite were quite spacious. Otherwise, it was disappointing experience. TIP: when you book this suite, DO NOT check-in at the Berjaya Hotel reception, they will not entertain you at all. Cleanliness: the room was not ready when we arrived, rubbish was everywhere, beds were messy, used utensils everywhere. Staff asked us to just settled-in our luggages and went out for lunch and returned 1 hour later so that they could "make-up room". When we returned, the suite was still in a mess (just like how we left it). Only after we called the manager, the housekeeping team came. Then, asked us again to leave the suite and returned after 20 minutes. Gym - Double Standards were given I could use the gym facilities, however because of I'm not the Berjaya Hotel customer, towel was not provided. Facilities: 1. Bring your own toiletries, being a 'Grand Service Suite', the company only provide you with towel and tiny soaps. 2. Kitchen fully equipped with utensils including a microwave oven (but not a cooker) 3. Strong wifi in the room.

Bad service ”
We are totally dissapointed with the whole thing.. The room and worst thing, we didnt know that this Grand service suite doent include ANY service from the Time Square hotel services. No room service at all.. We collected our room key from an agent outside the hotel. And counication was very bad. No wifi at all for the whole 3 days. Promise to get us the wifi and get back to us within half an hour but till we check out, there isnt any apologies at all from the agent. He act as if nothing happen. The room is in very bad situation, uncleaned bed n toilet. The sofa, lamps, cutains and bed are very worn out. The toilet shower tap also spoilt! We had a very unpleasant stay with this room.

It was firstime in my life the panic stay there , no lobby not a bottle was provided no clean but huge room , lots of dust inside bedsheets and pillows are low quality and cleaned ,
