No frill and good location. Quiet at night”
This hotel is located at the quiet side of the area. Plenty of parking in front although you need to pay for it (under Miri Council) using coupon. Walking distance to Bintang Megamall, Parkson, lots of restaurants, spa and entertainment joints around the area.

Okay okay only”
First, the hotel room was really small and there was a smell when we entered the room. Other than that, there was a burnt hole at the mattress! Breakfast was provided but I would rather eat at other places (the food was again, okay only) Toilet was okay, and i find the water pressure quite good. However, it took around 30-45 seconds for the hot water to be turned on. So if you are planning to take a shower in the morning, you probably have to turn on the water and wait (which is a waste of water). All in all, I would recommend other hotels which provides better rooms at a similar pricing.

Valuable place to stay”
Recommended as it is valuable and located in strategic area, in the middle of Miri town. Fortunately,on the 1st day,we have asked for cleaning up the room(we did press the CLEAN UP button). But when we got back to the room,there's nothing changed in the room. It still messy. Please be alert next time. Thank you

Some things you can't live without”
Good for a short stay as the room was super tiny. Opted for this place as it was closest to the venue of the Miri Marathon. There are restaurants in the same building but we didn't get to try them. Bintang Plaza (popular shopping mall) is just 10 minutes walk away. Cons: Bath towels were worn out. No hair towel. No mirror in the room; only in the toilet. No fridge. The a/c was a problem as we couldn't change with the remote control. Didn't fuss much about it. Couldn't be bothered to call the receptionist.

Helpful and friendly staff”
My travel partner was not well and the staff are helpful and concern to prepare the best comfortable ambience for my partner. They also suggest for doctor visit during our stay. They maintain the hotel well and do their best to ensure comfort of each guest, thumbs up for you guys :)

Good location and nothing else”
I booked this hotel for the room type of Twin-No Window few days ago for my relatives who will be staying in Miri for two days. In view of the new condition of the hotel and also the location, I'm thinking to give it a try and hopefully won disappoint my relatives. However, the feedback that I have from them was, the room has a strong musty smell, even after changing for the second room, still the same happened. Considering that changing room is troublesome and they only will spend the night time there, they decided to hold on with the smell. On the second night when they return to their room, they found out that the room was not tidied up. no room service provided. I wonder if they confused with the room after changing or its just not their practice to clean the room or its upon request? and there is no glass/cup for brushing teeth too. I'm kinda disappointed and also feeling uneasy as it was a choice of mine which cause their unpleasant stay. perhaps its really a wrong choice to have no-window room. guess even though a new hotel will have such problem so long as there's no window? i wonder..... anyway, mayb that's y the room rate is cheaper. honestly, i will not recommend this hotel to others..

Near Bintang Plaza”
Pro: Got lift, must request Bedroom with window. Hot water for shower is strong, aircond is cold. Walking distance to Bintang Plaza as weekend may very jam to park in the mall. Night time easy to look for parking. Got Halal foods just below the hotel. Con: Night time will be noisy as some illegal car racing or motorcycle passing by. The room is quite small, if solo or couple without much luggage will be fine. Dont have any toothbrush, hair dryer, shampoo provided. The mattress can feel the spring and the blanket got some others people hair. Just have 8 Tv channel. Overall its ok.

good location, a good pricing, convinient store 1 block away behind the building. All are great and ok only 1 thinh need to improve is the cleaniliness of the bed, the bed sheet and blanket seems not being changed and got some stain on it.

The room isn't spacious enough to accommodate more than 2 people. So, if you travel alone, the hotel is suitable. But if you travel with a family or friends, I suggest other hotels.
