Great hotel with wonderful people! ”
It really exceeds our expectation. Staying in Grand Sierra was a good choice. Near to several tourist attractions (walking distance for some)and have its own activities inside the hotel which made our vacation worth spending. Staff are all cheerful, very considerate and have the initiative to help. This is one of the best hotels we have stayed so far. Keep up the 5star like service and kudos to all the team. It was a job well done. See you all on our nextvisit. Will surely come back, not because of the tourist attraction but because we want to stay in this hotel again. :)
All is great, we took the family room.. there is only 1 bathroom.. it would be great if there is 2
Clean, New, Fresh, and Value-for-Money”
The hotel is new and clean and fresh. Rooms are decent in size plus the balcony is a good place to enjoy coffee and read. The service is quick and respectful. Breakfast is decent. The playground and grounds and cultural show at night are good attractions. All for a very reasonable price. The bad thing is the location. Very close to Mines View so traffic really builds up going to the hotel due to the tourists going to Mines View. I really don't know what they still go to Mines View for :-)
Relationship is key”
Their service and hospitality is so consistent. But what keeps me coming back are the relationships they’ve built with me. They know the room I love the most. They know how I like my bacon cooked. They know my favorite parking spot... etc. I could go on. Come back twice or thrice and you’ll see what I mean. You’ll feel like a VIP guest.
I could not contain my joy when we stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. This hotel really touched my heart because the staffs makes it perfect. It is true that they are the number 1 hotel in Baguio because of their services, facilities food were superb! I highly recommend this hotel.
home away from home”
Great Food, friendly staffs, clean and cozy place :)
Excellent for Family staycation”
First time in Grand Sierra. We're glad we booked here .Best Family travelers. Can occupy 6 adults and 2 kids in 1 big 2 story room. Pros: * Friendly staff; big family room with big balcony, comfortable bed, complete toiletries, *Very good water heating system and strong water pressure *KIds enjoyed playing with other guests' children in the playground. *Nightly show of local dances .Hotel offer BBQ, dimsums, noodle soups, light drinks etc, to enjoy around the bonfire or while watching their show. * Variety of choices for buffet breakfast; decent crowd. *Casual lobby - easy and comfortable to move; glass cladded elevator * With Sauna and art gallery. Cons: Quiet far from the city considering the traffic situation in baguio.. Overall; It is best if you want ato experience a colder weather, escape the noise and polution of city living, Grand sierra is a quite and relaxing staycation in baguio.
One of the best hotels in town!! Two thumbs up 👍🏻👍🏻”
My husband and I spend our weekend at baguio and it was not our first time to visit the place. i was looking for hotels along outlook drive and fortunately i found Grand sierra pines as one of hotels along the place. i tried to read its reviews and got a good price by booking online. We arrived at around 11am and their bell boys assist us right away. They got professional staffs, clean and spacious rooms that met our expectations. at night we were entertained by their acoustic bands, dance numbers by their staffs while eating barbeque. It was a cold night indeed and their bonfire helped us stay throughout the night. the next day we were served by their sumptious buffet all in all we had a great time at Grand sierra. we will definitely go back to this place soon ❤️
The place was really baby friendly. The room is spacious!”
The room is really spacious and clean! The view was superb and they have good buffet too. Staff were really nice and accommodating. This was our first time here and definitely we will keep on coming back. It’s near to almost every place. Sky ranch, Sm Baguio and to all the secret food restaurants.
Warm and Cozy...”
Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Liked the balcony and the pine trees around the hotel. Friendly and accommodating staff. Delicious buffet breakfast particularly the Sunday spread. We were there before the new year and we were really impressed with the christmas decorations of the hotel. Despite the very cold weather, the hotel was warm and cozy. Highly recommended.
Hi Melanie, Thank you for detailing your experience during your stay with us. We are grateful to have delivered a warm and cozy stay for you and your family. Hope to host your next Baguio vacation soon!
Exceptional Service, hands down to this Hotel!”
Me and my family booked 3 nights at this hotel, on the 2nd night, my son got sick. Continuous vomiting. I asked for directions to the nearest hospital, and instead they offered to call their on call doctor. Luckily, they informed me that he would come to the hotel in about 40 minutes. I was relieved to know that they had this kind of service. The doctor finally came in and checked on my son. They brought in everything that my son needed. Literally it was like being at a hospital but at the comfort of our hotel. It was really amazing! A big shout out to Dr. Alcantara from the Cabato Clinic. His service was overwhelming. A doctor like him puts doctors at a whole new pedestal. All I can say is, this should be the standard of service that we should all aspire to have. And Grand Sierra Pines fully delivered and even more.
Out of the way”
Room was nice, great view overlooking pine trees. But it's away from restaurants and nightlife. Room service ends at 10PM so make sure you have snacks. Bar and restaurant were just so-so. Walking distance to Mines View, Mansion, and Wright Park.
Now I know why it is regarded as the No. 1 Hotel in Baguio”
Everything went well from check-in to check-out except for minor keycard problem. Well-mannered front office and housekeeping staff, helpful bell boys, polite guards, delicious food, prompt service and very cozy ambiance. This hotel is highly recommended!
#1 hotel in baguio”
It's definitely the best hotel we've stayed in baguio..we've gone to different hotels in baguio and this is the best so far...the location is just great ,away from the city..its a 10minute walk to mines view and the adjoining tourist spot in baguio...the buffet breakfast is great..my wife loved the breakfast..the staff are all accomodating...its somewhat pricy but its worth it.. It has aircon in every room which makes the difference.. I will definitely recommend sierra pines to my friends.
Uncomplicated Nice Hotel”
This is our 2nd time to stay here and it's been a pleasure. Room is nice but CR can be improved by cleaning the shower area more. I am very particular with that. Breakfast buffet is decent, dishes were delicious. My 3yo son loved the Koi that he visited everytime we were free. The art museum is a gem.
I love Baguio”
Pros: Great hotel, delicious food, free breakfast buffet with reservstion, quiet, clean rooms, friendly staff, Great location, Hotel front desk assisted me on finding a One day tour package which is highly recommended. Location is close to half of the recommended sites to see. Cons: Far from night market, but I disnt’t go.
Tucked in the nicer part of Baguio (less crowds) but still accessible by Car. . Staff were a bit noisy . I can hear them chatting ang giggling through the walls. Cleanliness can be improved. Walls are thin - I can hear the footsteps from the room above me. Overall Good hotel with reasonable food.
The friendly staff, cleanliness of the facility and the ambience during the weekend nights they build up, name it all you get to experience the best at Grand Sierra Pines! Sure to be back here soon! Breakfast could be better however plenty of choices in the menu.
Very nice place with good air near to but out of the stinky centre of Baguio.”
Good place to stay for one or a few nights in Baguio. The room was big and clean, the beds comfortable and the air thanks to many pine trees next to the hotel very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet for this class of hotel excellent. If we come to Baguio again, we stay here.
the place looks really scenic and romantic especially for couples, the staff are kid friendly as i what i saw, the check in and check out is a breeze cos they have more than enough staff to accomodate every guest. the food they offer has a lot of range. place is walking distance to minesview so the souvenir shopping is easy AF. The housekeeping team is amazing as well, they change my towels almost everyday. i would definetely come back here when i get a chance to visit Philippines again
