Not bad for the price”
The good: smooth check in; very comfortable beds; great food at The Outlook Steak & Grill; very affordable mini-bar items; nice variety at the breakfast buffet with plenty of fruits and vegetables. The bad: the shower was barely warm; no bathrobes in our superior room; terrible room service menu; no "coffeemaker" in the room, just instant coffee; also, the coffee at the breakfast buffet was lackluster--quite disappointing in Benguet, home of such great coffee beans!

Quiet but boring”
Since it's new, the hotel can still come up of facilities/activities that their guests can enjoy their staycation. Food is ok but the pizza they offer is lousy. Service are good. I like the free juices at the lobby and the street food a the front of the hotel. Cheap but clean and the sauce is to die for. The hotel could provide free shuttle service to the city center (session road) at least since their area is far from the usual tourist spot. Breakfast buffet is SO EXPENSIVE if you forgot or didn't add up on your hotel booking! Provided the area is resto and buffet haven. Our hotel room is big yet it lacks some comfortable amenities. The toilet has this old sink smell after using it.

Exceptional”
Despite being far from the city center, the hotel will really give you the "Baguio" feel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is superb. The room needs some sound proofing and the glass above the door should be covered because at night the light from the hallway gets into the room.

Beats Le Monet & Azalea Residences”
Fantastic stay in this hotel. I've been to different high end hotels in Baguio but I can say, this hotel is the most affordable hotel with the same quality of service that you can get from a 5-star hotel. Breakfast buffet was amazing! They even have gym and spa facilities.

Amazing! ”
I enjoyed my stay here in Grand Sierra Pines Hotel, since its my first time in Baguio, it is important to me that first the hotel should meet my expectations. Aside from the location, which is quiet and peaceful, its hard to get a taxi, you need to wait for a couple of minutes or use Grab Taxi. This hotel is worth every cent that you paid. The staffs are polite and nice. What really made me enjoyed my stay and leaves a big mark in my heart is their art collection, if you are an art lover you will LOVE their collection of painting from different Philippine's National Artist's and mostly from Fernando Amorsolo. This is a hotel that I will recommend to my friends or visit again.

Nice and Comfy Stay”
Letting us check in at an earlier time was very much appreciated. I hope they can change towels without extra charge and more food choices at breakfast.
