satisfactory hotel, but not five star
The staff at the lobby were friendly and courteous. The room was cleaned everyday and the bed was comfortable. The bath mat was also replaced everyday, which I liked. On the other hand, the fridge was not working, so we couldn't cool our drinks. The bathroom was cleaned everyday, but there was sometimes a stench. The towels were also damp, so it was a good thing I brought my own towel. The bathroom tiles need replacing. The location isn't too good unless you want to spend some time at the Nest. There is also a nearby mall with a good number of restaurants. But if you want to go sightseeing after work, then there are better locations.

Room description was not correct
Room description was not correct. I had reserved business room with two beds, but it had only king size bed. Stuff requested to pay more, to get room with two beads. Very disappointing. Stuff English was really poor... I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone....

location and good rate. room is okay.
I had a bad experience when I reached the hotel concierge due to the bad customer service by the duty person in charge! He told me there's a room but later when he know I wanted to booked through agoda, he told me no room. I had booked in agoda and payment made. He told me there's no room and told me you book with agoda, you go check with agoda, not hotel! In fact, I got my creditcard transaction payment and email confirmation. After some talk, he called someone and ended up I got a room.
