How to go; Park inside the building, take the lift and go yo Ground floor. Find for a black check in counter at the side of starbucks (you can see it from inside the mall only). Room was spacious and clean

Lobby looks like a furniture store. Mattress/pillow cover smells like they didn’t change them. Should’ve booked hotel next door (D’Gateway hotel) looks much nicer and proper.

Has TV but not functioning, Wifi not working at room as per advertisement, Repairing works using drill nearby room disturbed my baby sleeping even i called twice the hotel to postpone the repair works. Check in at 3pm but they allow check in 2pm with extra RM20 payment
