Value For Money With High Quality Hotel”
Good surrounding around hotel especially garden near swimming pool. Good and variety breakfast dish offered. On weekend there is children party on early morning. Hotel location nearby airport but quite far from Pekanbaru city centre. Hotel itself offer free shuttle to SKA Mall, modern shopping Complex in Pekanbaru new area. Bed quite comfort and really satisfied with 3 stars standard ranked. Staff friendly and helpful.

the room was comfortable, with good internet connections. The breakfast is good, and the room service is nice. The hotel staffs were also helpful in telling me places in Pekanbaru. It is located near the airport, yet near to other facilities such as shopping centers.

Great 3stars Hotel”
No wonder why this hotel is ranked #1 on other traveller site for the best hotel in Pekanbaru. As we experience on Jun 13, only great things that we experience on this hotel :) Easy check in, great room, very attentive staff is only the beginning. Our room is facing the swimming pool and we gladly to find there is pool for kids also. Minor issues only happened on our first night when there was suddenly power trip (twice!), but fortunatelly power is back on soon. The food is also great, but maybe for foreign visitor the choice is very limited. For sure we are going to stay again in Ibis whenever we travel to Pekanbaru in the future

Simple and elegance Hotel with Value”
I was stay at Ibis Pekanbaru during our long weekend gateway with some friends. Love the location, walking distance from the best Mall and entertainment area's. Need little bit improvement on breakfast menu, but hotel staff, room and other of facilities is superb with the price we spend...:) I am definitely will back and stay there...:)

Relatively nice hotel at Pekanbaru. Hotel is not very good looking from outside, but is ok inside. Personel is friendly and helping you if you need anything. This is very good hotel to be 3 star hotel, I have seen many 4 star hotels which are not as good. Rooms could be bigger!

nice, if you stay in the correct room”
i stayed for 2 nights and rent 2 rooms. the first room is faced to the main road, while the others are in the oposit of it. i don't know what's wrong with my window, but i can hear the vehicle passing by very clearly on the night (when sleeping in the one that face to the road). the service of the employees are very nice and friendly. the location of the hotel are near to the biggest shopping mall in Pekanbaru. in my personal opinion, for 2 stars hotel, the hotel rates is quite overpriced.

Good value for your money”
Nice hotel if you don't want to spend a lot of money and I even think it is the best hotel in the area of Pekanbaru. All other hotels there are shabby and really crap as is the whole town. Food is ok but not really special and quite expensive. Breakfast is included though but don't expect to much of it, it's and Indonesian breakfast with rice and bbq chicken, not our favorite in the morning. Staff is friendly. The hotel was not finished when we came there so there could be some improvements by now.

Good business hotel in Pekanbaru”
this is the first time i went to pekanbaru. so i was not sure if the hotel i chose is in good location or not for my stay. it turned out that the ibis hotel is a bit far from the exhibition center which i had to visit. the taxi fare is a bit expensive to go from hotel to the labersa convention center. but the good things about this hotel is the location near a shopping mall and the breakfast selection is quite good. overall, i am quite okay with the hotel.

Good choice if you arrived late in Pekanbaru and need a room to stay. Breakfast OK, nothing special, dinner buffet not worth half of the price. Swimming pool and good massage option. Very nice and polite reception desk staff, especially young lady named Meri, she was even employee of the month.Not much to do otherwise so if you want some sightseeing spots, choose another hotel.

Well managed hotel”
the hotel located by a main driveway, acceptable proximity to the airport. the area is mainly auto shops and furniture shops seen. there is an outdoor swiming pool in the nice quiet backyard of the hotel. backside rooms have good view of green open land, maybe the other side rooms noisy as facing to the road. the room rate booked from website did not include breakfast, have to pay extra 60krp. in general the hotel is well maintained and comfortable.

About 500meter there's a shoping mall .. Pekan baru not much place to visit as this is an oil and gas place therefore overall price is a bit expensive ... Hotel wise , nice to stay ... Comfortable

Hotel Ibis in Pekan Baru is new and clean. The rooms are sufficiently large and well furnished.The staff are very hospitable, very polite. They attend to your every need as quickly as possible. There are sufficient security staff, even at night. It's really very safe. I highly recommend the Ibis. I had a pleasant stay.

The food was satisfactory, and the pool area attractive. Little information was available about the city - we would have appreciated some help in this area as we were new to Riau Province.Rooms adequate and reasonable. Very convenient if you are just flying in and out of Pekanbaru - a shopping centre was 100 metres away but no pavement to walk on !

clean and nicely decorated room and the staff were friendly and very helpful. The lounge is comfortable and definitely a great place to enjoy live music at night. The foods are well cooked and tasteful. The hotel is located at the Commercial District of Pekanbaru, and just few minutes walking to the shopping centre
