Home away from home”
We stayed here for five nights partly for work but mostly for a holiday. All of the rooms were very clean - nice linen and high quality mattress and pillows. We stayed in one of the executive suites - full of light and very spacious. We were able to relax and really make a home away from home. Morning breakfasts were nice - Indonesian style with rice egg and tofu as well as bread and jam (among other things depending in the chef). Lovely place and lovely staff - We highly recommend it! (Especially executive suite with ocean views!)

I was quite depressed to have lost my phone and kept trying to figure out where I might have losr it: on the flight in, the airport, the taxi, the mall etc.I stayed just a few hours in the hotel. When I had already left, the hotel called to tell me I had left my phone there. I was utterly impressed by their trustworthiness and delighted to be reunited with my Samsung

Cheap and good location”
Location is very good for those who want to take speedboat at pelabuhan tengkayu 1. Price is ok, low. Facility is just basic but old. For the value of money, it's considered acceptable.

location and condition no good”
Hotel condition is old, lobby air-con is warm, smelly around, housekeeping won't clean up the room unless to be informed, breakfast "very normal", reception staff is good in service but never heard any greeting from them, location is far from shopping mall(around 50 to 60 mins walking distance) and famous food restaurant , but we took local taxi (small van) to go.

Stayed an extra night as we missed the ferry, happy enough to stay at Tafiq twice, but wouldn't go there for a week to soak up the filth outside (it's Indonesia...) and get woken up by the mosque

Staff lied to us about the wifi not working then failed to fix the problem. No urgency or customer service once we'd complained about the lack of wifi. To their credit, the problem was eventually fixed but only after a day. The manager apologised but the initial reaction if the reception staff was apathetic.

Untuk sy rekomendasikan buat kamar sif.. Fasilitas oke dan nyaman.. Buat yg mau nginap, lebih baik memilih kamar sif, krna selain murah, fasilitas pun lengkap dan nyaman. Cuma 300 rb aja sdh lengkap, dan oke untuk kebutuhan sekeluarga slama nginap. Di samping hotel pun, lebih banyak penjual jajanan, memudhkan kita untuk mencari makan.

Untuk kualitas sesuai dengan harganya, kamar luas, kebersihan terjamin namun housekeepingnya tidak membersihkan kamar jika tidak diminta dan air mineral tidak diberikan setiap hari (harus di minta dulu)
