Grand View is a great place to stay. Conveniently located close to all the main attraction of Patong but on a very quiet hill close to the forest which is fantastic if you want to enjoy the nightlife but still sleep. Rooms are essential but nice, clean (daily cleaning of the room) and functional. The managing team is exceptionally friendly, extremely keen on helping you out with advices on any topic (avoiding scams, selecting the right day trip, nightlife, restaurants etc), always available, and run the place like clockwork. Couldn't recommend them more!

Good atmosphere, close to 7-11, has parking for motorcycles, not suitable for private cars as it is on a steep slope and you have to find parking nearby. Overall, the price is good, but the bathroom door is broken and needs to be locked from the outside.

I recommend the grand view patong to everyone up high in the mountains for that nature feel way in the back staff 24 hours always help out with smiling faces and very good English also have the cheapest scooter rentals around 2,000 baht a month wow your pick so if your every in patong give them a shot.

I really like this place. nice view from the top of the hill. I never expected that they would clean your room every day. they will even change your towels every day. in the room there is also a safety box, refrigerator and centralized water heater. an affordable price but can get all of it. there are several halal food vendors also around the place. I like it very much. for sure i will come back again

Stayed for two nights and opined that it is definitely worth the price. Room is spacious and comfortable. Location wise, need to walk up a slope but able bodied people should deem that manageable. Jung-Ceylon mall and Patong beach are approximately 15 minutes walk away. Checking-in was a breeze and so was checking out. We would return to stay here for upcoming trip to Patong.

Staff is very good. Location is not perfect but its ok, 30 min walk to the beach, 15 min walk to banzan market and bars. i booked a private room for just 160 bath, the room had AC, Fridge and TV, i dont think you can get a private room with all of these facitilies in phuket with this extra low price. At night, the street to the hotel is very dark and spooky although its just 5 minutes walk. And The hill to cross to get the hotel, feels like mountain tracking, its crazy but im sure staff can't do anything about it.

I really liked this place , peacefull on a interesting street but 20 minutes from the beach , upper rooms have a great view and the jungle is at your back which makes for athmosphere , nothing for miles behind you , owner is nice and also his cat , amazing value in phuket really:)
