      The hotel isn’t located close to the beach, but with a car it is. At the rooftop there is a nice restaurant/cafe with a lovely breeze. Beds are comfortable. You can make coffee/tea in the room. Drinking water is provided. It is easy to organize trips from the hotel. Car-, Boat rental is a must to explore Kei exotic island. Culinary standards are not yet up to international levels, but I believe it will change soon. If you prefer AC, Grand Vilia is the only Hotel on Kei Islands.

      Clean hotel”

      Rooms were clean and the free airport shuttle was a pro! Breakfast was ok and dinner was good, in the restaurant as well as in the cafe at the topfloor. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the (young) waiter who was working long shifts every day! We had an early check-out as our plane departed before 6am and the hotel would have provided breakfast before 4am, so that’s a big plus! Recommended!

      This hotel was clean and seemed to be newly constructed. The food in both restaurants was good, and the rooftop restaurant also served cocktails, which is rare in Indonesia. The young men at the front desk spoke excellent English, and it was easy to communicate with them. The Internet was the fastest I had encountered in two weeks of traveling in the area.

      Auto van vilia stond er niet toen ik op t airport aankwam. Heb toen zelf een andere taxi moeten pakken om naar het hotel tegaan. Dat is een negatief punt. Ook moeten ze iemand hebben een soort tourguide...veel gasten uit NL werden niet goed geholpen. Gelukkig was ik daar om die gasten te helpen. Engelse taal is ook een probleem bij de mensen die in het hotel werken. Wel jammer. Ik kom daar elk jaar en zie steeds nieuwe gezichten aan personeel ....beetje raar.

      Klantvriendelijk en behulpzaam”

      Was bereid mee te denken aan een toerprogramma en de prijs was redelijk. Was wel verbaast dat bij het inchecken 500.000 Rp werd gevraagd als borgsom. Bij het uitchecken wel teruggekregen maar het was wel fijn geweest als bij booking van het hotel dit bekend werd gemaakt.

      UNEXPECTED EXPERIENCE”

      Saya mem-booking Suite Room karena saya menginap dengan anak-anak. Ukuran kamar sangat luas. Yang saya tidak menyangka adalah tempat tidur yang luas dan sesuai standard hotel di Jakarta. Di hotel ini juga menyediakan hairdryer, water heater, namun Wifi sangat buruk.
