Great trip over Christmas ”
Staff was excellent, friendly, helpful - really went out of their way. Food at cafe and Humu was delicious. Luau was a fantastic setting and very fun. Pool and water slides were lots of fun.

For the big, fat beach hotel experience”
All in all a great big resort; however in some ways too big with required bracelets for the pool, queuing for towels and reservations required to get covered pool and beach seats. Napua Club more limited in selection and amenities than others we've been to and for the price, expected more. Almost full sized, great tropical scented bath products in the room.

大変な滞在でした”
とても期待して行きました。 到着して、チェックインしたところ、部屋をアップグレードすると言われたのですが、1泊だけのアップグレードで、翌日、部屋を変わるように言われました。 オーバーブッキングのため、やむを得なくアップグレードと思われます。近所のコンドミニアムに1泊しました。 翌日、再びホテルに戻り、チェックインしたところ、予約したのと違うタイプの部屋に案内されたので、フロントに言ったところ、ホテルの予約データと私の予約確認書が異なっており、明日、確認して、私の予約が正しければ、部屋を変えるとのこと。 さすがに毎日毎日、荷物を片付けて移動は大変なので、予約通りに部屋に入れてほしいとお願いすると、200ドル追加料金を払わなければならないと。 さらには、そんな安い値段で、そのランクの部屋に泊まれるはずがない、とまで言われました。 マネージャーを呼んでもらい、交渉の末にようやく予約通りの部屋に入れてもらいましたが、全て英語での交渉で大変でした。

とても素敵なホテルでした。 ホテルのチャペルで結婚式をしたのでゲスト用に予約しました。でも１４：３０にフロントに行ったら、１６：３０まで部屋が出来ず待たされたそうです。。。 ホテルは豪華ですが、従業員のサービスの質はイマイチでした。 でも、それを差し引いても、１度は滞在してよかったと思います。

또 가고싶다는 생각이 드는 숙소는 처음인데 여기가 그래요! 로비 분위기부터 너무 좋구요! 리조트 수영장은 정말 최고이구 그 앞 해변은 모래가 너무 고와서 아이들 놀기 참 좋습니다. 방도 욕실도 넓고 좋아요! 아침산책때 와일레아 해변을 걸으면 천국에 와 있는듯 해요
