I stayed 1 night at 10th fl near staff room. During the night, can't sleep well due some noise from fan of air conditioner outside and my body itched all night long.

Lift doesnt work
One or two lifts dont work most of the time. Breakfast also runs out all the time. Not a good idea to stay if on holiday.

The only staff who was polite and helpful to us is the concierge.The front desk people are the worst
It's value for money but don't expect too much from this hotel. The staffs were not friendly,especially the female receptionist. The only people we found to be helpful and polite were the concierge. Two of the three elevators were not working properly during our stay so we have to wait for quite a while when we wanted to go down or up.
