    При обращении к администрации отеля с проплаченной бронью от AGODA, мы услышали, что свободных номеров нет, и заселить нас нет никакой возможности. Ни по одному из номеров телефонов указанных в бланке бронирования никто не отвечал. Никакой помощи от AGODA в той ситуации мы не получили.Свободный номер нашёлся немедленно после того, как мы согласились оплатить проплаченный номер ещё раз. Так что ни пятисантиметровый таракан, тихо сидящий под потолком в душе, ни муравьи, бегающие по полу уже испортить впечатление от отеля не могли. Администрация подготовила для нас письмо для AGODA с объяснением конфликта, здесь нет возможности его разместить.
