If you have something to do around Sunset Road or Denpasar, the hotel has a good location. Don't choose the hotel for holiday or if you want to go to the beaches. However the room is just fine, not many facilities in the hotel we can enjoy. I am really disappointed with the hotel because of the food in the restaurant. The breakfast was crap. And one more thing, the hotel let local drivers hanging around in the hotel lobby to harass travelers using online transportation app. It is just not acceptable.

A great value for money”
It was a great stay here at Grand Zuri. The staffs were vey helpful. The room was nice & clean. The pool was nice, we were taking some pics there too. The breakfast had wide variety of foods. Took some gym sessions, and I even took a balinese massage service there. All in cheap price. Recommended value for money hotel.

good value, big room, nice pool, but no Balinese spirit”
I usually stay in this area on the last day of my Bali visits, as it is not far from the airport and Bluebird cabs are easy to come by. The hotel is still quite new, rooms are minimalistic but not in an unpleasant way, big enough bathroom, sadly with black mold growing quickly inside the shower stall. bed was comfortable and - very important - the internet fast (something that usually drives my crazy at most Balinese hotels). I booked with breakfast which they offer for 50K to walk-in-guests and for that price I would walk in too if not staying actually. Only I found that "ceker ayam" (chicken feet) is not exactly appropriate for a BF buffet even in Bali - not even the locals touched it. staff not all trained well - I was served a "Cafe Latte" with creamer powder attached to it LOL - so much for the "international 4-star level". Would give it 3.5 stars and by all fairness, the price was very right for what I got. Would not mind to stay there again in the future or even just walk in for a breakfast. This hotel has nothing Balinese to it actually as it is a Indonesian chain, could be anywhere in Indo, but I already got my fair share of Bali style in my life. There is a "transport booth" next to reception where you can book overpriced transport services, but kudos to them, they did not harass me or force me using it - one thing that would have clearly annoyed me. the lovely Bali Bakery is three minutes walk away, where you can get some nice Balinese or Western food at acceptable prices - always packed to the guts. I still need to mention the nice hotel pool that affords some privacy in a smart way although it is actually next to the Resto. As the guests are usually 98% local travelers and conference folks (there was an anti-narkoba-conference while I stayed), chances are you will mostly have it all for yourself. Next time I am going to use it for sure. Overall, I had a good impression, it shows that their GM is capable as he had an education at international IHG group

Last 15-16th April 2016 was my second time choosing Grand Zuri. First time in October, last year. Grand Zuri always gave the good service. Clean room, humble staff, good location. I always wanted to be there for category middle price they are the best. Keep it up! God bless

I stayed here for one night and found that the price was very reasonable. I would recommend the hotel replace their towels as mine were quite dirty and ragged. However the room was clean, beds were comfortable so no complaints here.

Great value for money”
On arrival we were greeted with a cold towel, cool drink and friendly lady working on the reception desk. The bedroom was extremely clean, modern (a fairly new hotel I believe), bright and comfortable. The bathroom also has a large shower which is a nice bonus. We were pleasantly surprised with the hotel as we only booked it for an overnight stay as we had a flight early the next morning and it was a close distance to the airport, and paid an extremely low price for a 4 star hotel (around 25 to 30 AUD dollars). The only area I believe needs improvement is the breakfast which is great if you love an Asian breakfast, however I found it extremely limited if you prefer a continental or English/American breakfast which for a 4 star hotel is slightly disappointing. The hotel is slightly more out of the main center (but great if you need one close to the airport!), so a taxi or bike is required, but both are very cheap in Bali anyway! Wonderful stay here, would definitely recommend to others.

We stayed 7 days there. The place is near with Kuta, Legian, Restaurants, and Souvenir Shop. Hotel Staff are very friendly and fast response to our requests.The place is very clean with simple and modern design, and also beautiful swimming pool.The Restaurant staff served us more than our expectation, even it was late night. Grand Zuri is very very recommended hotel.

Stay here for 4 nights, 2 nights for meeting and the other 2 for holiday with baby boy. Good location, with minimart next door (please bring your own plastic bag when you shop coz they don't provide it). VERY friendly and helpfull staff. Good food. will definitely be back. Thank you grand zuri Kuta

We arrived at the hotel evening, after our Nusa Penida tour, and we were greeted by the friendly and helpful staff Lilly and Ganna. They were very helpful as I got confused about the my hotel reservation. They patiently explained what happened to it and I was satisfied with their explanation. The room was nice and clean with a big bathroom. The breakfast was nice with lots of options to choose from and the pool was clean and nice. The hotel was near the Airport, food stalls, spas, bars and restaurants. This hotel is something I will recommend to my friends.

A good start but with a bad ending”
Once we arrived at the hotel, we r a lil bit disappointed with the size of the lobby which seems way smaller than it appears in the picture. Well, that’s marketing. Luckily the room is clean, quite spacious and child friendly. We ordered the deluxe type of room. But it is located way back near the end of the alley. I requested for a switch near the lift to lobby but the receptionist say it cannot be done because other rooms are smoking room..but it says : non smoking floor..so..figure it out yourselves Next one is about the extra bed, they asked 200 thousand rupiahs for another extra bed, including breakfast. I dont need the breakfast because on day 1, the breakfast was horrible as suspected, but they also say it cannot be done. Strangely when i wanted to pay the extra bed at night when i return back to the hotel after a full day, they charged me 250 thousand rupiahs instead. I burst into flames and demand a manager, shortly they say only 200 thousand per night. I pay for it and they gave me no receipt at all. So be careful with the receptionist staff, dear management, please note this, your hotel is quite comfort to stay, but your staff especially named: Komang.. U guys should provide a pricelist, dont give a chance to your staff to scam the guest.

My opinion this hotel should be rated with 3 stars hotel instead of 4 stars hotel. The reason is the facilities in this hotel is very standard. This can be comparable with others 3 stars hotel such as amaris, santika, fave hotel. The only thing that good in this hotel is the swimming pool that has the same concept as aquarium. The towel and bed sheet should be replace with the new ones. They are all not bright white and dirty.

Overall,it was a nice hotel with a good location. The staffs were very helpfull when i was looking for non-smoking room. The rooms was modern, clean and well mantained, the air conditioner was very cold, but the towel looks obsolet. The breakfast was disapointed and all beverage seems mixed with water. Need electrical outlet near the mirror.

Disappointing stay at Grand Zuri”
Positives: The hotel room was clean and neat. Negatives: The bed linens and towels were not placed before check-in and needed to be requested. The breakfast options are many but nothing was edible or good to eat. Omelettes were prepared and kept in a dish but were not hot. None of the other items were hot because the hot plates did not manage to keep the food hot nor was the food fresh. The pool was unsupervised and instead of relaxing myself I ended up stressed as I had to avoid noisy people. The pool was also too small and hence the water kept lashing at me. Very disappointing stay at Grand Zuri, Kuta.

We got there n they couldnt open our room for the first half hr and then had to ask them for the key to my rooms fridge like who doesnt want a cold drink? No one!! U shouldnt have to ask for a key it should be open Apart from that it was ok but deff not 4 star

Checked in late after a tiring flight and staff couldn't have been more welcoming. Was looking forward to the breakfast that didn't disappoint. Pool is fantastic. Manager introduced himself to me which is a lovely touch. Would highly recommend and definitely return.

Spectacular, they have the fastest wifi I stumbled upon in Bali (and I've been to about 7 hotels here) - 19.28 Mb/s. Staff does their job diligently and promptly, they understood me extremely fast and well. Swimming pool is as fun as it seems. A/C may be slightly too weak.

not too bad, but 4-star is overrated. perhaps a 3-star is more suited. room is relatively clean. good for a night or two. limited room amenities - especially bathroom needs, locked minibar. good for those with own transportation to go around Bali, as hotel is not near to beach / large establishments / resto etc. there's bakery and 24hr marts nearby.
