Grande Albergo Internazionale is right on the seafront in the heart of Brindisi, a few stops from the city's international port. Guest rooms come with Sky TV and WiFi is free throughout. This elegant property dates back to the early 1800s. It is just 10 metres from the sea. The 4-star hotel features a breakfast room where you can enjoy a Mediterranean buffet breakfast. Grande Albergo Internazionale has a 24-hour porter and modern conference facilities. The hotel has a small garage which it is advisable to book in advance, subject to availability, for only € 13.00 per day.

Exceptionally poor - avoid at all costs ”
By far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Had to change rooms when we arrived - the first was dirty, with exposed wiring hanging from the wall and stains all over the headboard and walls. The receptionist was initially polite and helpful, moving to another room (with sea view) but the room was still exceptionally dated, tired, but at least marginally more clean. Unsurprisingly the ancient fridge in the room didn’t work, and the aircon had a mind of its own, though probably best not to use as it was also caked in dirt. Thankfully this was only a 1 night stay, or I’d have changed hotels at this point. On checking out we asked to book a taxi to a nearby beach. The taxi was booked for the wrong time despite multiple clarifications, I was rudely snapped at for clarifying whether the taxi could be paid by card, and we were almost at the airport in the taxi before realising that the hotel had booked it for the wrong location despite being very clear about booking it to a specific beach. This isn’t just a language barrier, but exceptionally poor service.

There was high volume music coming from a nearby party that we could loudly hear even with our windows closed and staff did nothing to solve the issue: no other room, no earplugs to offer,…

No air conditioning”
Air conditioning did not work at any time through our stay in August. Room was not nearly as nice as website photos. Need to book parking in advance or there won’t be any spots available when you arrive. DJs directly outside the hotel play at night which can be disruptive as we were in a room directly above. Would not stay here again.

fabulous location with sea view room”
Would highly recommend staying here, especially if having to leave early for flight from Brindisi airport as it was only a 10 minute drive away - beware of extremely poor road signage however!

L'hôtel est très bien situé en bord de mer, dans la vieille ville, accessible en voiture privée. Une partie de l'infrastructure à connu des jours meilleurs. Ce désavantage est largement compensé par le personnel attentif et professionnel.

Très mauvais plan ”
Pas de clim. Un réceptionniste de mauvaise foi me disant que la Clim fonctionne alors qu on crève de chaud dans la chambre. Aucune amabilité. Il m’a dit des la première réponse : « changez d’hôtel » méchamment ( il sait très bien que tout est complet partout) Il se moque de moi en me donnant une autre chambre avec le même problème ! J ai eu la direction au téléphone qui ne trouve aucune solution. Le minimum est d’indiquer le problème de Clim sur les sites de réservation. Il fait 40 degrés ce service est essentiel… Du coup on ouvre les fenêtres la nuit mis c est extrêmement bruyant jusque 3h du matin avec le bruit des restaurants puis du nettoyage de la rue !!!! Ce n’est pas la vue sur mer mais la vue sur un bruit énorme la nuit surtout le week-end Le lendemain, peu de Clim mais ils l’ont coupé de 23h30 à 7h !!!! Je n ai jamais vu cela de ma vie. … On a demandé des coussins supplémentaires. Impossible aussi ! Cet hôtel est comme un château hanté avec des fantômes à la réception incapables de vous rendre service. La tv marche mal auss plein de coupures. Même pas de pancarte à mettre sur la porte pour ne pas déranger, on est réveillés chaque matin par la femme de ménage. L eau de la douche change de température toutes les 10secondes. Les lumières sont éteintes a l’extérieur de l hôtel quand le soir arrive comme s il était fermé. Quelle angoisse ! Mal de dos terrible sur leur matelas usé et craqué ! Par ailleurs aucun respect des règles Covid, la majorité des employés ou clients sont sans masque. Pour rester positif, le petit déjeuner n’est pas trop mal mais 10h du matin pour la fin c est trop tôt et les jus de fruits sont horribles. Le ménage est bien fait dans les chambres

Hatten ein Zimmer aufs Meer, sehr schön. Jedoch abends sehr lärmig, da viel Volk wegen Restaurants und Bars. Wer es ruhiger möchte, muss unbedingt Zimmer zum Hof nehmen. Ansonsten schönes, altes Hotel

Albergo antico di inizio 800 di grande impatto sul porto di Brindisi, personale all’altezza, hall affascinante, camere accoglienti, bagni molto grandi ma da rivedere. Vale una visita.
