Recommended and worth the money ”
We stayed at Hotel Grandeur for 10 days with our family. The staff was super helpful and always with a smile, special mention to Phillip who even helped us to get a taxi to go to the airport. The breakfast was small but delicious, the restaurant staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms are super spacious and housekeeping keeps the room very clean. Also the hotel got free shuttle bus to Outlet mall ( got good discounts in branded items) & Kite Beach ( you can visit ain Dubai too in the bus ride). We recommend This Hotel

Fnatastic value for money”
One of the best 4* hotels I have stayed in. The poeple working there were so kind and carrying, room was very spacious and clean. I would definitely return there and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good 4* property in Dubai. Excellent location as well, close proximity to all major areas, walking distance to Mall of Emirates, easy to get taxi. The best for me in this hotel was the Duty manager Yasin Ishaq. He is beyond fantastic, very professional, very kind and helpful, ready to assist with anything you need. I have hardly come accross such profeesionals who extend genuine caring service to their customers though I have travelled quite a lot.

Amazing Hotel with spacious rooms at reasonable rates”

The service is really good. Rooms are very nice and spacious. They offer you discounts on breakfast . The only thing needs improvement is parking, it is cluttered with some staff, because of it a lot of parking space is not accessible.

We stayed for short period only but its really nice. Mohammed from reception was so professional.. we checked in so quick and easy. Check out as well. I am still staying here. The manager is very kind to upgrade me to Suite as i didnt like the single rooms . The staff is caring. Feels like a home as i am new in Dubai and food is good here. Service is good. Well taken care of .

CLEAN AND NICE STAFF”
The manager helped us in checking in because we had prior problems with the booking. He was very nice. The daily cleaners are also exceptional. They are always attentive and helpful. They also clean well. Mr. Umaid also helped us with some files we needed prior to departure. We highly recommend it !

We checked in for a weekend and we loved the room and the hotel management. I was greeted very sweetly at the reception. The ladies at the reception are the BEST!!! I had booked the Executive Room - The lights are nice, bed is large and super comfy, bathroom is spacious. Room Services are super fast even at busy hours. Will definitely book again..

The hotel location and cleanliness is excellent but what makes it great is the people working there. Everyone is so kind and attentive and really care for the guest comfort. I would like to highly praise Yasir, Duty manager at Front office. Very kind and superb professional! Also, must mention Philip, bell boy who was absolutely amazing. I only mention 2 names but all were so kind and helpful. Strongly recommend this hotel! It is a place which feels like you are at home.
