Amazing Location and Experience”
I live near Napa Valley in California and have been to many great wineries. This vineyard and winery blew my mind. Our room at the vineyard was luxurious and had an amazing view of the vineyard. The weather and landscape was serene and made wine tasting and outdoor dining an amazing experience. The food at the restaurant exceeded expectations and so did the wine. This is a relatively undiscovered gem in Thailand and well worth the 2 hour drive from Bangkok. From here you can also visit the Khao Yai National Forest - another great experience.

In the middle of vineyards and natural beauty ”
Surprisingly scenic and calm location on the edge of a UNESCO world heritage natural park, with perfectly kept vineyards on one side and lush untouched vegetation on the other. Excellent food and renowned wine of own production. Intimate atmosphere also due to relatively small size of the guesthouse. Own or hired transportation means required.

Lovely place for a weekend, just one disappointment”
It's my second trip to GranMonte to stay at the Wine Cottage. Such a unique experience to be right on the vineyard. Our stay this time was quite nice. The VinCotto restaurant is very good for dinner. The disappointment was breakfast. Our first experience was a delicious selection of foods served on the restaurant deck. Lovely setting. Whether it's a result of CoVid changes or simply cost cutting, the breakfast this time was very disappointing. Ala carte only. Not allowed to have coffee and juice. Only one or the other. Coffee served without sugar. Cereal served without milk. Standard, boring egg dishes.Egg dishes served without salt and pepper?

Stay at Granmonte”
Spend very quiet night here. Environment, little cooler and cleaner air than Bangkok. Winery view is beautiful and enjoyed bicycle ride. The food restaurant served are excellent. Of course, the wine is excellent too.

relaxing holiday, away from the city life”
We stayed for a night and had the place all to ourselves. Beautiful views , great service and truly a perfect place for a good relaxing holiday away from busy city life. Love the breakfast ....had a very satisfying one before we commence our drive to Khao Kho. Thank you to all the friendly staff who made our stay so wonderful.

only one genuine winery in Thailand”
I tried other several wineries in Thailand but I think this place is the most authentic winery. Other places were just like amusement parks in comparison with here . Some people might say that the foods and wines are over priced, but I think their quality justifies the price, and this tiny winery has to limit the number of people who visit here. This place is a jewelry I found in a forest.

The cottage is beautifully located. The room is small, but access to the outside lounge sofas and chairs with its view over the vineyard on the terrace makes up for it.

Unique and lovely getaway”
A room overlooking the vineyard is unique. Walking out in early morning between the rows of grapes... priceless. Really loved the stay here. Food is good, though just a little pricey. But overall you won't be disappointed.

Splendid Vineyard !!!”
Vinyard, Winery are very good. Scenery from guesthouse was excellent!!! We felt the place was definitely good!!!! But, guesthouse in itself was not good. Even if I called staff, they didn’t answer.

Poor bathroom and you need to check out at 11.00 am, poor wifi. I paid like a 5 stars hotel in the city but they gave us the low quality at all, I'll never come back again.

Pleasant stay in the Thailand vineyard”
Located in the peaceful and green area of the famous Khao Yai, GranMonte guesthouse, where has limited number of guest rooms, offers travellers a truly relax atmosphere. Guesthouse is clearly separated from the tour and restaurant area then it allows sufficient privacy. Most of the staffs were helpful, room were just perfect while food and beverage including GranMonte Wines were good quality.

Peaceful stay”
Beautiful winery near Khao Yai. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a wine and jazz festival happening at GranMonte during our stay. The only negative was the toilets by the restaurant. They were out of order but there was no sign warning that it was closed and nothing blocking the doorway. An employee came along after I was in the toilet and yelled at me. It was quite unpleasant. The rest of the staff was very nice during our stay.

Amazing Holiday Weekend”
The GranMonte offers a personal touch and breathtaking views of the vineyard from your room. We stayed in the Vineyard Deluxe and had a patio that overlooked the vineyard. We drank coffee each morning, enjoying the quiet that we don't have in Bangkok. The food at the restaurant is delicious so we chose to eat dinner there every night. The Chenin Blanc, Sryah, and sparkling wine are the best that we've had for Thai wines. The greatest part of our stay was the owners and the staff. They are so friendly and warm. They really went out of their way to assist us with everything.
