La habitación holia pésimo, el baño era compartido para muchas habitaciones, la ubicación no era la mejor. No nos gustó y nos fuimos sin quedarnos a pasar la noche. Preferimos ir a otro hotel de mejor calidad y comodidades. The room was lousy, the bathroom was shared by many rooms, the location was not the best. We didn't like it and left without staying the night. We prefer to go to another hotel with better quality and amenities

I stayed here as Essendon were playing GWS at Spotless Stadium. The hotel is opposite Granvile Station with .f was very friendly but be warned you can't check in until 2 pm. The also require a $200 cash bond or credit/debit card. Next time the Bombers or Suns play at Spotless Stadium I'll defiantly stay again. 10/10

My flight took off from Melbourne 90 minutes late, thought they'd cancel due to the notorious curfew. Touched down at Sydney Airport at 2256pm. Bolted onto the train, turned up at the hotel at midnight. Staff were cleaning up; they helped me out. I apologised for not calling: I assumed we be left on the ground in Melbourne. The staff were so sweet, my little room next to the loo was nicely furnished. What a bargain. If you like a tipple, bar opens at 6am. Believe or not.

Weekend stay at Granville”
My main issue with the location was the fact there was music pumping through the floors from the ground level all night, and it didn't switch off until 11:30PM and promptly came back on at 6AM. Given we had just driven all day to arrive there, it was fairly disappointing to not even get a good night's rest. It is probably important to mention the music was excessively loud, and can be heard from the rooms and hallways upstairs. The accommodation boasts an "atmosphere of total peace and harmony" which we really did not get to experience. We were fairly disappointed about this, as we were looking forward to our stay. Other suggestions are to perhaps include a towel basket for wet towels or equivalent as when we accessed the shared bathrooms, the ground was often strewn with wet, used towels. This is a really minor thing, but might help with encouraging guests to not leave them lying about. A small thing is that we were told to check out by 10AM, however we realised the staff member may have meant that checkout is from 10AM. At 8AM we were looking to leave and everything was closed downstairs. It caused a bit of confusion but we just assumed there was a miscommunication. Good things: the bathrooms were clean, and the rooms very comfortable to stay in. The staff are friendly and were always prompt with assistance. The rooms were also very clean, and the staff did a phenomenal job with re-doing our room while we were out. Also the location is good as it was very close to many places to eat, malls and event venues.

Not suitable for families ”
Terrible service. The reception desk is inside a pub and no place to sit with the family. The attendant was very unhelpful. We arrived half an hour earlier and requested him to let us check in. But he declined even after saying the family is waiting in the car in 35 degree Sydney heat. The room was very noisy, drunk people talking loudly and it was difficult to sleep. It was a bit of shock to see a family room doesn't have a toilet. Had to share a toilet with others. This room should not appear when someone search for a family room. Difficult to find a parking on the streets around. The asked for money ($1) for the key as deposit which I think was unnecessary. Then when I returned the key, they said it will take a week to get the money ($1) back.?????!!!!! Bad experience overall. Only go bit was, the room was reasonably clean. This room should only go for $80, not $125

I booked this hotel for a 1 nights accommodation this week and I requested the room be a non smoking and a quiet room as I had a very important meeting the next morning. After checking in and receiving my key I proceeded up to my room. Along the way the staff pointed out the shower and toilet facility. It was a common share bathroom!! This was a shock as their ad is down right misleading as it is not clearly stated anywhere and they disguise the shared bathroom in their pictures making it look like the bathroom is in your room. In hindsight I should of payed closer attention to the pictures as it tricks you into thinking the bathroom is in your room but it is actually a separate room down the hall way. The room I had smelt of smoke and was located right above the speakers of the bar below. So I could not breath and had hardly any sleep. There was no food on the menu except pizza at the pub. The remote for the TV was missing. I also found hair on my bed as I pulled back the sheets. I couldn't wait to get out of there the next morning but even at check out the lady at the bar went to check my room and came back stating that I had drank half a can of coke in the bar fridge. I explained that I didn't touch anything in the fridge except using 2 milk containers for my coffee of which I had to buy a bottle of water to fill the jug because there was no way I was filling the jug from the tap in the toilet. She abruptly accused me of lying and I quote said "our cleaners are the best and they don't miss anything" I was shocked. Again in hindsight I should of asked to go back to the room and actually check the bottle of coke or at least get the half bottle of which she angrily charged me for. I am genuinely very upset at the way I was treated at this hotel. I would not recommend staying at this hotel to anybody thinking of staying here regardless of the price. No hospitality at all. Disgusted with the staff attitude.

At night all you could hear in my room up to about 11.45pm was the downstairs hotel's TV's blasting - primarily greyhound racing. Had to put rooms TV on extremely loud to not hear this irritating noise Couldn't sleep as room not dark - all night the hotel's outside spotlights are on and aimed directly at all hotel room windows robbie

this hotel has 15 rooms but it has only two toilet & shower, one is for male the other is for female, which makes a long queue in the morning and evening. walls are too thin enough to hear conversations from the next room. cigarette smoke comes from somewhere it disturbs all the time.

There was a very rude lady Chinese staff. She was offensive and has unprofessional behaviour at all. I won’t book again there. Don’t book this hotel if you want to enjoy your trip. :(

What was good (the sort list): The bed, desk and chair. What was bad: No heating; I froze in the room but fortunately the bed blankets kept me warm. There are trains passing by day and NIGHT. It is a really depressing area to stay in. 5 restaurants with one table occupied in each of them. I was the only customer in the restaurant I went into. Stairs to haul the luggage up. Shared bathrooms. No staff at night.
