Where to stay in Greater London South West
Greater London South West hotels & accommodations

Really modern rooms, great location for getting to South London although traffic on the clockwise was busy at 9am. They upgraded me to an executive room without asking, easy access to lots of food and drink places however they are very expensive. Harry Ramsden's breakfast voucher £5.00 - was ok.

it's always lovely to enter a hotel and be greeted with a smile and that's what we got at this hotel. very welcoming with a easy check in service. the room was clean and tidy and very spacious. bed was huge, comfy and had just the right amount of pillows! we had been to a wedding during the day and came back to the hotel very late and at 1.30am it still felt as if ...

We stayed here as it was close to friends and family we were visiting, the room was very clean and had everything we needed. I had the best nights sleep I've had in a hotel for a long time. The only slight negative was that breakfast was a bit disorganised but it wouldn't stop us from returning.

We couldn't have asked for a better hotel to stay in for my son's 6th birthday treat. It ended up as a lovely treat for all of us due to the staff giving him birthday treats we honestly were bowled over by them. The very stylish interior design of the hotel and the very comfortable rooms were a delight we were sad when we had to check out! I know the price isn't cheap...

I stayed for 2 nights and had no serious issues although my room was a little small, with little natural light at the end of a corridor, and too loud when neighbours closed their doors in the night. Service more than makes up for it though and the gardens are very peaceful so I probably would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable and the rooms are nice and modern. There is a nice flat screen TV too. Don't rely on the local bus service if you're using public transport as it comes less frequently than an hour but the walk to Surbiton Station is not too long. the bar is quite nice but the Fos and hound is nice and not far.

Very friendly staff, check-in and check-out quick, very quiet although at busy street (double windows). Only for my elderly cousin it was awkward to climb into the bath for a shower, and the stairs have no handrail in the lower part which was dangerous for my cousin who is walking with a stick and difficulties especially in that part because the stairs turn 90 degrees,...

The owners were very nice, the room and bathroom were really clean. Beds were very comfortable, there was a TV, DVDs and books in the room. The second day they changed our towels for clean ones and cleaned the cups, which was a nice surprise after a long day. I'd definitely recommend it.

The hotel was easy to find. Parking is limited and chargeable at GBP6/24hrs. The reception was warm, friendly and processed fast and efficiently. The room I stayed was spacey and clean. The bed, mattress and pillows are comfortable, and the bedsheets and pillow cases clean. The bathroom is smallish , including the standing shower. The hot/cold water pressure is good. I...
