Eco-Resort North of Manila”
It was a very pleasant stay. Going there was easy just take NLEX and SCTEX (Clark exit going to Subic). They are situated nicely in a Canyon giving that lush and breeze of the mountain ranges near Clark. The hotel is a combination of eco-living, traditional resort, and art gallery (the whole hotel is a showcase of sculptures, painting, design work, using local materials. Food choices is limited to "Palette". But you can go to the Main Clark in about 15-20 minutes so it would not be a problem looking for other choices. You can go visit the workshop and do trekking. They have traditional swimming and wave pools. The resort is still in development. I am looking forward to go again.

A most relaxing break... a paradise and art retreat just 2 hrs from Manila ”
Green Canyon is a welcome surprise... easy to find yet quite secluded. The staff are very accomodating and helpful - they really made a big difference and makes us want to go back. Brace yourself about the food, it may appear pricey but really each serving is for sharing. We love the sinigang na hipon, the adobo and the fried bangus 😊 In addition, going to the wave pool is an adventure in itself. We enjoyed biking as a family. My 4 year old son really enjoyed his birthday in Green Canyon!

I love love love this place”
This is my 2nd time to stay in Green Canyon, and definitely not my last. The place is spotless and well taken care of. Every single employee we’ve encountered has given us great service. From the maintenance and security personnel, to the staff and manager.. all of them have been very helpful and accommodating. They have all gone out of their way to give us great service. Customer satisfaction guaranteed. The place is child-friendly (even for very active toddlers). The food at the restaurant is superb and reasonably priced. Honestly, I cannot ask for more. I love this place, and the people too. :)

Hidden Getaway, Escape from City Life”
Our stay at Green Canyon was great. Compared to other reviews which mostly said that the serving time of the food was quite slow and the taste are not bad/ just average, from what we experienced, service at the Palette restaurant was fast (both for dinner & breakfast) and the food was cooked pretty well; free breakfast had a limited choices though, but if you want you can order separately and they can make that for you. The accommodation includes a free hiking tour at Mt. Balabat (part of the resort), you can choose between a sunset or sunrise hike. The resort also let guests use their bikes for free (they have mountain bikes, bmx, & for kids). They have 2 pools, both are big enough, but the wave pool is still under maintenance though you can use it as a regular pool. All in all, the place is a great getaway and relaxation place. It's a sweet escape from the busy life in the city since you get to enjoy nature and take a step back. By the way, Globe doesnt have a signal/ coverage there, unless you're on top of the mountain, but they do have a strong wifi signal. :)

Pet Friendly!!!”
There aren’t much pet friendly places around so when I learned about Green Canyon, I just couldn’t wait to book a room for me and my pet. It’s a quick drive from Manila and it didn’t disappoint! Rooms are clean and they provide beds for pets. Food is delish and the staff are very accommodating. Everywhere you look, it’s green and scenic! Surrounded by trees and fresh air. But what I love most is that there are no boundaries for pets here. They are even allowed to swim in the wave pool on Sundays! And oh, the hiking activity is a great exercise not only for guests but for pets as well. I just love this place so much and kuddos to the owner for keeping in mind pets when conceptualizing this hotel 💚

Relaxing place near manila but....”
Gteen canyon is a nice quiet place to stay. The staff are really polite and helpful. The room seems okay. They have beautiful work of arts all around, nice landscaping and lots of greenery. The symphony pool is nice, the wave pool is also nice. There is hanging brigde and mountain trail. You can bring your bike or skateboard. The price of the rooms is quite expensive ( compare to other hotels of the same type). What irritates me is the lack of price lists for their services like massage, tour guide .. What irritates me most is the fact that they charge 500 pesos per person to use the wave pool plus addtnal charge for ill fitting life vest. The prices of food range fr 180 tp 450... Okay until you saw how small the portions are. Although its quite delicious. The menu choices is too limited.

Safe and Relaxing”
Safety is the no.1 priority when you have young children and this resort made us feel secured....the green, amenities, are all great!!! Food is great! Just add more choices on list of menu....beddings are clean and comfortable.....staff are friendly but need more training on their customer service...for the prices of the rooms its all worth it.....we had a great time overall experienced! Thank you! Keep it up!

Unfortunate event, turned into a wonderful experience”
We enjoyed our overall stay here. We originally booked for a 2-night stay on Feb 16-18 to spend our Valentine and CNY celebration, but unfortunately was not accommodated due to some unforeseen circumstances. Glad that both Agoda and Green Canyon solved the issue and compensated us. Re-booked for an overnight stay instead on February 24-25 since I really love to stay in this place. The room we stayed at was upgraded. We were able to check in early also. The place is clean and green. There are two beautiful pools; the Symphony being the main pool and the other one the Wave pool which was right after the hanging bridge. What I love is that-the water in their pool is spring water and no smell of chlorine at all. That’s really a plus point for me. Only comment is the limited choices of food in their restaurant and also the breakfast buffet. Maybe they can improve their service by offering a bone fire at night and a movie watching for some activities at night.

Remains an Artsy Hotel”
This is our 2nd new year with green canyon. Last year, we understand that the staff weren't well trained yet because they were on soft opening. This year, we noticed they added more staff on security. Which is good. Breakfast was a little bit disappointing. They didn't have basic cereals on buffet so we had to order ala carte for my 5 yr old (Php200+ for a big bowl) of course he couldn't finish it. It was a waste, they could have offered FOC for a smaller portion. Whats the point of having a free stub anyway. New years eve dinner was another let down for us as compared to last year. Im guessing, they must love pork! They had lechon, liempo, sisig, talangka pasta and some kebabs on spread. Last year was far better (with roast beef carving) but i guess that's why they lowered the buffet to 1K. No veggies except for the mongolian corner. Unfortunately for us, we're not big pork eaters 😁 The receptionist are all well groomed but lack courtesy. It doesn't come natural to them. They should be offering and promoting the NY dinner at the Boulders so they'll get more bookings. Instead, we called them to ask and they just said, information is posted in the reception area. And their bands, 2nd year in a row keeps playing super old music! Hahaha! If i can just post a picture of empty tables at 10:30pm, i guess most are getting bored of the music selection. Maybe they were playing for the owners but shouldnt be the case 😂 Probably will try other hotels in clark next NY's eve. Still remains a good place to stay though, just remember they're not hoteliers. Its a family business.

Relaxing w/ lots of activities around resort”
We chose to stay here overnight (first time) because of an event inside Clark, Pampanga. Though a few kilometers away, we did not regret staying at this lovely, quiet and serene place. The kids enjoyed the wave pool so much. I adored the lap pool. Filipino food here is excellent at a very reasonable price. Staff were considerate, helpful and friendly and we felt it was sincere. We will go back here, soon!

Nothing to say but had a pleasant stay”
The rooms were clean, decorated with delightful wood art, and with modern equipment. The view of fields in front of my room was awesome. We maximized our stay by exploring the hotel, swimming in each pool, jogging and appreciating the plants and gardens. The food prices at the restaurant were very reasonable. We especially liked the basil lemon tea which the waiter recommended. It felt like being in one's private resort because staff were inconspicuous but were attended to hand you an umbrella in case it rained or in case you needed a towel by the pool. This hotel is recommended for those who want to stay at the hotel during their entire stay.

Good”
The place is really nice. If you want to relax and be at peace with nature, Green Canyon Eco Resort is the place to be. I love the resort even though the room was a bit unclean, the aircon with issues and the restroom a bit unclean as well. Everything was made up by the resort's view, most especially the crappy service. One of the let downs for us was the staff, especially the receptionists! Not only were they not approachable, they seem like not interested in entertaining guests especially with their added services such as the studio tour, hiking, massage services and etc. What's funny about this is they work in the concierge! They seem to discourage you and look not interested in answering your inquiries and not give any recommendations. They look irritated as well when you ask too many questions; hence, you just give up on your requests and wish that the resort has better concierge to make the resort more appealing

Weekend warriors”
This is a good resort for families who want to relax outdoors. The facilities are good - swimming pool is huge, the wave pool is also one of a kind. There are sunset and sunrise hiking activities. You can bike around the resort (they have bikes you can borrow, and you can also bring your own bikes). The food is also great :) Then there are a lot of nearby places you can also go to - like Zoocobia, or around Clark.

Not really pet-friendly”
I chose the place because it's pet friendly, supposedly. I have stayed there twice before and my last visit was the third. It said pets allowed in Agoda, I still checked just to make sure. I made the usual booking and paid. When I got to Green Canyon on August 25, 2019... I was told there s a pet charge of 1000 pesos. I have not been charged for that in my two previous stays. I told the lady/ies in the reception area (there were 3 at the time) that I did not see any such info in Agoda, additional charges that may be incurred for bringing the pet. Neither did I see it in the Green Canyon website, which I also checked. Nevertheless, I told them to please give that feedback, because it's rather unfair. I would like to object being charged on site, however I told them I will pay, though not willingly, to stop feeling harassed and be stressed out. The explanation of one lady was I was being charged the pet fee bec I booked with Agoda & not directly w/ the hotel, and there were certain

Art and Wellness Trip”
The Green Canyon Eco Art Resort was a nice, quiet place to explore (nature) and discover local art--especially with the presence and kindness of the in-house artist who was very accommodating in sharing his works and was very pleasant to talk to! A bit pricey but I think it goes with keeping the "private" feel of the resort.
