The staff are friendly, but the facilities are in very bad condition. The windows to our room were left open, and it was full of mosquitoes when we arrived. There was a very dirty, stained Green carpet on all of the floors. The walls were stained different colors. The shower sprays directly onto the toilet. There were stains on the sheets. While the staff are friendly, and the location is nearby a major shopping complex, the facility is so dirty that I could not recommend it to anyone. There are much cleaner hotels in the same price bracket.

The hotel is a good option if you are on a budget. However, there may be a better choice than this. Room was clean. All staff are extremely helpful and kind, especially the lady in the front desk (the only person who can speak English), who helped us negotiate and arrange our transportation with the taxi drivers. The only issue was that wifi was down for sometime. They tried to fix it eventually.

no lift. clean rooms, but lots of mosquitos. decent sized room. comfy bed and clean showers. Breakfast is very very local so if you're not used to eating the local food then all you can have is banana. location is in the middle of a local neighbourhood. Far from touristic places. We were the only foreigners there at the time. Great service, helped us organise an English speaking guide and driver (but could have been cheaper).
