Staff were friendly
I realise you get what you pay for but this hotel certainty cost more than it was worth. We arrived there about 1am from the airport and knocked for about 10 minutes before someone finally answered the door. I had paid in advance for an air conditioned room but was told the air conditioner was broken. I asked for the money back for the extra I paid but they didn't understand what I was asking so I don't know if this was a language barrier or just pretending not to understand. There were used towels in the room. The room itself was fine. I was then asked in the morning to pay for the room and had to spend 10 minutes explaining to the staff there that I had already paid when booking. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unfortunately

Very unpleasant stay. Keep looking.
Location was convenient to beach and restaurants. AC, WiFi & hot water worked. Staff was available.
Most unpleasant hotel. 1st off Manager seemed truly surprised we arrived despite having Agoda reservation. Given room that included trash from previous guest& sticky floor. Had to ask for water to be turned on. Feeling of poor security Due to very flimsy lock on door. Breakfast served on front step of hotel...area was fly infested & littered with trash. Flies literally landed in my juice, (which tasted like some type of instant powder drink anyway). Place needs a big cleaning. On positive note: WiFi, Hot water and room AC worked fine.

Very friendly staff, superb breakfast
We stayed only for one night after arriving very late at night. The staff was very very friendly. We felt very welcomed. The breakfast is a lot and very tasty. The only drawback is that the house is that the house is badly soundproof. If you are sensitive and want to sleep long, you should use ear plugs. But for this price, the service was very good and we would recommend friends to stay there.

good place to stay for a day or two.

My stay at this hotel is fine. i stayed with my friends, and it was just to rest and stay an overnight. place need renovation in my opinion. would be happy if it is easy to go out and coming in, even late, without disturbing the staff. I would like to say i booked this hotel seeing the pictures on Agoda.com but i didnt find it as good as the pictures. the room i stayed there was no ward robe, neither TV while it is mentioned on Agoda.com and what i figured out was while booking the same kind of another room was on a higher price. so i had to book one a/c room and non a/c room.

my stay at green garden ayurvedic pavilion was okay. the pictures on internet attracted me to this place, but was not the way it looks on the picture, i thought it is a beach hotel.the place is a little old, need renovations, i guess. Check in check out time is 12.00 noon at all hotels but here we had to check out at 10.00am. but ok for just one or two days stay. good luck

FOR THE ATTENTION OF THE BOOKING MANAGER !!!!!!! we are still waiting for a reply regarding the complaint outlined below!!!!! This is the first time we have used Agoda to book accommodation and feel very let down We arrived at this hotel and no one knew anything about our arrival. This did not bode well All they wanted to do was sell us treatments. They had no Internet and the computer was broken. Our room was clean enough but very noisy, right next to the main rd and the hotel staff were talking very loudly from around from 5am so after a long journey this was intolerable. We were shown tables on the edge of the main rd to have our breakfast with cars and lorries and dust . No menu options availlable or offered . We decided to leave this hotel on the morning of the 6th Feb to look for another as we felt this hotel was highly mis represented on your booking site. I spoke to the manager Mr Madhawa to express our feelings and told him we were finding alternative accommodation and I asked him to contact Agoda to cancel payment for the next three nights. he said he would OK this. he informed me that I would have to contact Agoda too. I sent email an email to Mr Madhawa and cc d to Agoda spelling out our reasons for leaving on 6 th Feb. I have not had a reply from either mr Madhawa or Agoda about this issue We have today informed our credit card manager Nationwide to try to recover any payment regarding this booking. I want to know if the room was re booked after we had left ?? if Mr Madhawa had contacted you regarding this complaint ?? We will expect you to support a refund of our credit card payment for the 6 th, 7 th, 8 th February at this hotel
