Good for budget-conscious family and group travelers”
The pool is at the Annex building, and far from our rooms in the Main building. Those who checked-in at Green Heights are not free to use the pool. We were only given 50% discount per head. The staff are approachable and accommodating. We are happy with their service. The receptionist is awesome! It is a budget-friendly place. You get what you pay for. It is an old building with aged rooms and CR. The family rooms we got were large and spacious. The aircon in our rooms were old and noisy. WiFi connection is weak, better bring your own pocket wifi. I am satisfied with their free breakfast. They will ask you what time you prefer it served. I have witnessed a group served breakfast at 6 am. :) The main building has no elevator and ground floor rooms. You'd have to walk-up the stairs. It is located along the busy national highway and it's a little far from the downtown (city center). There are no fastfood chains, malls, and coffee shops nearby.

Value for money..friendly and great staff”
Its value for money, everything is just a. short taxi ride away. The check-in is near the pool w/c is 1 level down. if you ride a taxi its greenheights clubhouse diversion road. The room was very large and clean. You can order food near the pool area, its affordable and tasty. The staff were very accomodating and extremely nice. The CR/bathroom was big and clean, but its kinda old and needs a little updating. But for the its price and good service by the staff we will definitely return. We actually extended our stay for 3 more days. Thank you for our nice stay.

the location is a little bit off the main city but the staff are nice and accomodating. cleanliness of the place is good but the wifi was so slow or not really functioning. if you are an outdoor person and you just need a place to stay for nights this will do :)

Hotel has no cable, Toilet is defective, overall the structure is old. You feel a little creepy about the place. The good thing is the staff they are friendly and accommodating.

The Staff is awesome! The girl in the front desk is easy to talk to. They need to hire more. That lady is overworked but she did her job quite well. But the facility badly needs a maintenance. Some aircon units are so noisy the guest will have trouble sleeping. Some toilets have no lights. Cockroach inside one room during our stay.

I wouldn't recommend this facility as they don't really care of their customer's. I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights which includes breakfast for my 6 Family- Brother, Senior citizen parents & nephews. I really feel bad that they refused to let my Family have breakfast despite showing them proof of the booking that clearly states that "breakfast included!" If you value & think of your customer welfare, you would allow them to have breakfast & settles this issue internally with Agodo since a clear proof has been produced. Instead of being proactive & taking responsibility of the issue to be resolve, they did the opposite & let my senior citizen parents & nephews go away without breakfast. In addition, the use of swimming pool has extra charges which was not mentioned in the website at the time of booking. Its just so frustrating to pay for something that do not really compensate at least to the basic agreed services.
