3 nights stay, decent & value for money”
Staff: arrived late from airport but warm welcomed by staff with smooth check-in. Nice staffs & they greet you. they respond to my requests as well. Room: decent room condition (old building), working aircond & tv, wardrobe with hangers, mattress acceptable, clean toilet, only warm water for shower (without shower head). can request for drinking hot water & towel. Surrounding: walking distance to nearby food court & 7-11, convenient store just located beside. Not loud at night. Summary: great choice for value of money with decent room condition. recommended for budget stay; not recommended if you expect more.

It's a very old hotel with very old facility. Room is OK but toilet cleanliness need to be improved. Toilet floor is wet with damp smell. Lots of public parking space and restaurants nearby. The owner of the hotel is a friendly and nice man.

Overall experience not good, the toilet bowl cannot be flushed, the aircon cannot adjust temperature properly, the bed not clean, the toilet not clean

I am the boss of the hotel and I do not agreed with you about the air conditioner. I went to room 202 to check the remote control of the air conditioner and found it is ok can be adjusted. I agreed that our toilet and bed are old and you have to look at the rate before you comment it so badly.
Hidden Treasure”
Tucked around the corner of center from many busy streets, nestled against a jungle hill is this great budget hotel. Nice to have green nature view and yet minutes walk to everything in center. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, spacious, clean, with excellent WiFi and community fridgerator. I wish I could stay longer!!

The building is quite old but we didn’t bother,on the first night we had a old spring mattress that was stabbing my back but I’ve ask the receptionist to change it and they did it in less then 5 min . The staff is lovely and the location is perfect ( just 3 min walk from the Kuching waterfront ). Bathroom and shower ensuite and the air con works perfectly . Very cheap compare to the rest of the hostels in Kuching
