Good stay
it's about a 10 minute walk from the Shinjuku JR station, but other than that it was good.I like that you can leave your bags during the day, quiet at night...laundry service isn't cheap, but wouldn't expect it to be

Ideal for a solo traveller
The capsules are clean and tidy. The instructions for the TV in the capsule are in Japanese. English-speaking, friendly staff. Amazing location.

Great capsule hotel
I wanted to try a capsule hotel for my last night in Japan. It was a great experience. Everything you need is inside, great value and the location is excellent. The capsule itself is spacious enough and actually quite enjoyable. Guests are respectful and everything is quiet during the night. Unfortunately, I was kept up by a phenomenally loud snorer who happened to be in the capshle next to me but acquired some ear plugs from reception. Would recommend.

Fine for budget accommodation and a quirky experience for one night only.
It's obviously not intended to cater for tourists but rather for locals needing a cheap place to sleep for the night. We were on the air-con floor and felt quite safe, but since you need to check out each day and leave all your stuff in lockers I wouldn't recommend it for a multiple day base. If you want to bathe you need to buy access to the large scale shared bathroom/onsen. If you like swanning around in your birthday suit you may love this aspect.

A great travel experience.
This was easily the most foreign experience of my entire trip. If you're considering staying in a capsule hotel, just do it! It's unlike anything else you'll ever do in your life.

Absolutely perfect location - right in the heart of Shinjuku and only a short walk from Shinjuku Station. Very clean and well-kept. Staff know limited English, but enough to get by.
