Once and no more!!”
I booked this room for 4 nights but i could stay in the room for only 30 minutes. Then I changed the hotel. The room is old and dirty. There was cigarettes in the bathtub. The curtains was stained with something brown, blood or chocolate I don't know. Fitness & swimming pool are underconstruction.

Extremely disappointing! Don't trust the pictures!”
The only nice thing is that you can hear the birds singing
Very disappointing!!! :( We were seeking a nice hotel with a nice pool not too far from the airport. The hotel ist at least 30 km from the airport, not 20 like given in their description. Taxi needed 45 minutes. There is nothing in this neighboorhood!!! It's very remote and kind of isolated. The building beside (the hotel's second but empty building?) is devastated. The man at the reception very kind, but could not speak any English. (So complaining was impossible!) The worst thing: it is dirty and horrible! A lot of things are broken. There was cobwebs in the bathroom (and not too less!), holes and yellow spots in the linen. The curtain just half-assambled to its rail, some parts of the ceiling almost falling down... And the pool was disgusting! It more felt like being caputred one night and day in a very bad hotel in a post-war area than in beautiful Thailand in a nice hotel! The one who did those nice hotel-picutres must be a genius!

The worst Hotel, Ghost house, Green Pool, Dirty..”
We stayed only 1 night from our 8 days booked days, when we arrived, there were no light on andno receptionist, the guard was slept on lobby couch and when we arrived , he was kind of angry why we woke him up at 1 AM, without checking our reservation, cause there were no computer , he gave us a key to the room, the room was awful, dirty shower that we didn't take a shower that night, (when i mean dirty, i mean dirty , i am not a fancy guy). The bed so dirty too. The toilet seat was yellow and dirty, next morning we asked for change the room, there were only one staff in lobby, sitting on a desk with no computer infront.and she showed us 2 more room, all the same, we moved out and went to another hotel, pool was green, no one in hotel and it looks like a hunted one, also the road to hotel has no light and long way from cross street, so never ever book this hotel, and i ask agoda to remove it from it's website, i asked for refund, so disappointed.

location and peacefulness
Stayed only 1 night - but our fourth visit here. Very cheap, easy to fond (despite others on this site saying it is difficult!) Hotel clearly signposted from main road - 5 minutes walk to University and food - this is not too far int eh slightest, unless one is very very lethargic. Parking an issue this weekend. Food was not good at all unfortunately.

Passes my four point test”
Location, Price, Value
This is not a resort where you are going to spend a week relaxing. This is the intermediate hotel that you will stay at for one night when arriving and leaving Bangkok. It passes my four point test: (1) reliable/fast internet, (2) great breakfast, (3) scalding hot shower, and (4) quiet location so I get a good night's sleep. Not recommended as a destination, but highly recommended as a transfer hotel. Note that the fitness center was a pleasant surprise if you like to lift weights. There is a squat rack, bench rack, hundreds of pounds of plates, full set of dumbbells, etc.
