      what a joke”
Bad experience booking thru AGODA. Paid 2 differrent prices for the same type of room. AGODA did not do any verification of room offered before published online? What will AGODA do to refund back the price difference? Hotel located in an area of Google maps can't find it. In the AGODA website says the hotel was fully book, but to my surprise, the hotel had only me and my friends stayed there. Room size was ok but dust is everywhere. Poor maintenance with low water pressure.

      Once and no more!!”
I booked this room for 4 nights but i could stay in the room for only 30 minutes. Then I changed the hotel. The room is old and dirty. There was cigarettes in the bathtub. The curtains was stained with something brown, blood or chocolate I don't know. Fitness & swimming pool are underconstruction.

Extremely disappointing! Don't trust the pictures!”
The only nice thing is that you can hear the birds singing
Very disappointing!!! :( We were seeking a nice hotel with a nice pool not too far from the airport. The hotel ist at least 30 km from the airport, not 20 like given in their description. Taxi needed 45 minutes. There is nothing in this neighboorhood!!! It's very remote and kind of isolated. The building beside (the hotel's second but empty building?) is devastated. The man at the reception very kind, but could not speak any English. (So complaining was impossible!) The worst thing: it is dirty and horrible! A lot of things are broken. There was cobwebs in the bathroom (and not too less!), holes and yellow spots in the linen. The curtain just half-assambled to its rail, some parts of the ceiling almost falling down... And the pool was disgusting! It more felt like being caputred one night and day in a very bad hotel in a post-war area than in beautiful Thailand in a nice hotel! The one who did those nice hotel-picutres must be a genius!

The worst Hotel, Ghost house, Green Pool, Dirty..”
We stayed only 1 night from our 8 days booked days, when we arrived, there were no light on andno receptionist, the guard was slept on lobby couch and when we arrived , he was kind of angry why we woke him up at 1 AM, without checking our reservation, cause there were no computer , he gave us a key to the room, the room was awful, dirty shower that we didn't take a shower that night, (when i mean dirty, i mean dirty , i am not a fancy guy). The bed so dirty too. The toilet seat was yellow and dirty, next morning we asked for change the room, there were only one staff in lobby, sitting on a desk with no computer infront.and she showed us 2 more room, all the same, we moved out and went to another hotel, pool was green, no one in hotel and it looks like a hunted one, also the road to hotel has no light and long way from cross street, so never ever book this hotel, and i ask agoda to remove it from it's website, i asked for refund, so disappointed.

      location and peacefulness
Stayed only 1 night - but our fourth visit here. Very cheap, easy to fond (despite others on this site saying it is difficult!) Hotel clearly signposted from main road - 5 minutes walk to University and food - this is not too far int eh slightest, unless one is very very lethargic. Parking an issue this weekend. Food was not good at all unfortunately.

      Passes my four point test”
      Location, Price, Value
This is not a resort where you are going to spend a week relaxing. This is the intermediate hotel that you will stay at for one night when arriving and leaving Bangkok. It passes my four point test: (1) reliable/fast internet, (2) great breakfast, (3) scalding hot shower, and (4) quiet location so I get a good night's sleep. Not recommended as a destination, but highly recommended as a transfer hotel. Note that the fitness center was a pleasant surprise if you like to lift weights. There is a squat rack, bench rack, hundreds of pounds of plates, full set of dumbbells, etc.

      horrible!”
none this place cannot be called a hotel
i rarely do reviews but the "hotel" was so exceptionally bad i could not resist. getting there by taxi was incredibly difficult even with the map provided to the driver. it is located on a side road with no lighting 20min (walking) from the actual street. there is nothing in the vicinity but rice farms so forget any sort of entertainment or convenience stores. the fridge, phone, and sink did not work upon arrival. here is the worst part we attempted communicating to the reception we required a taxi the next day but they did not speak any english. there was no taxi the next day we almost missed our flight. as a budget traveler i wasn't expecting much my expectations were set very low but this hotel was just horrible.

Uncleaned room, worst toilet, not professional..”
I think it should be the location which I chose for business overnight but I didn't stay out there because of many things.
I think it should be the location which I chose for business overnight but I didn't stay out there because of many things such as I cannot use the toilet well, it didn't fixed and water is spread out all the time. In the toilet room has the black hole so ugly and looks dirty. The curtain is unclean and lot of dust on floor, I can't take off shoes and the bedsheet is uncleaned, smelly and the telephone in the room cannot use. :( So I decided to drive back home after a long business trip. I didn't use hotel facilities such as swimming pool as I didn't see it. Outside the window, there are trees, not garden view as I imagined.

It's far from the buzzling city, and you can actually enjoy the view, all lush and green.
Its distance from the city if you are visiting Bangkok to shop or plan visit landmarks.
It's nice that they have free ride to and from the airport. And I would like to commend the driver who assisted us, he was patient, nice and polite. The rooms were comfortable enough, and cozy. It's just that - the hotel is too far from the city.

small room. breakfast? no tea. nothing to eat no resturant no spa
we were picked up from the airport in a very nice car after travelling about 25 mins we arrived at the hotel tired and hungry first thing we found out there was no lift to the second floor room and as the hotel was empty why did we have to go up 4 flights of stairs. the room was small but clean the bathroom also small and clean we asked for food none was being served at 20.30 so we asked about resturants no one understood then said bars about 15 mins walk that was all there were we did not find food.we were staying 2 days as we wanted to do some shopping but where? receptionist called taxi we went out 1 hour and 240 baht later we arrive at really nice mall we had good time good food only problem finding someone to take us back to hotel 9 taxis refused a nice thai lady tried to call us a taxi but got nowhere it was raining and we were panicing when at last a taxi driver took us back to hotel.breakfast was one egg 2 slices of toast bit of butter and jam and a minute sausage make your own instant coffee no milk no tea a good hotel for thai people as it is miles away from anywhere and all bars only have menues in thai only stay one night as no one cleans your room or replaces any used shampoo etc if you stay more than one nightcgeck out is easy as nothing in room to take away no mini bar no food

Nice Hotel, but certainly not 20 Mins from airport”
Very good value for money and staff were friendly. Rooms were clean.
Small rooms, quite far from the airport.
The hotel was fine for the money that we paid, although the rooms were very small and there was no shower curtain in ours. The hotel advertises itself as an airport hotel and states on the internet that it is only 20 mins away, but realisticly its more like 40 and in the middle of knowhere. If you have some time to kill in Bangkok then there is not much to see or do in the local area. The transfer service is fine, however we found it difficult to contact the hotel prior to our arrival in Bangkok and ended up getting a cab to the hotel. There is no telephone number or email address issued at the time of booking. The staff didn't speak much english but were very friendly.

      One night in Bangkok”
Great staff, friendly manager, flexible attitude.
Spa was closed when we arrived
Arrived at 6pm after booking three rooms. One needed to be changed to a twin, which was immediately done wtih no fuss. Ordered a massage which came 15 mins later and for 180 Baht, which was good. Food ordered was tasty and cheap, although I did order thai food. My friend got lost the next day and we were late checking out of the hotel, which again was no problem. Rooms clean and tidy, and great value for the price. I would recommend this for a quiet place to stay. We had a car which was no problem. Easy to find.

Quiet location yet so close to the International Airport
Hard to find - need directions in Thai to pass to Taxi driver!
After changing taxis at Min Buri - (the one who brought us from Bangkok just didn't know where he was) we got our new driver to ring the hotel for directions. Being a local he knew straight away where to go. The staff were great on arrival - extremely well mannered and helpful. The room was comfortable, not large but room to move around. Everything worked. The swimming pool here is a real bonus. After the complimentary breakfast we booked our departure and at the appointed time were driven straight to the Airport at no charge which was great after our prior taxi experiences. Will stay there again - and inexpensive!
