Clean and convenient”
Stayed for 3 nights on a deluxe triple room
Pros: very spacious with luggages, room is kept clean and in order on a daily basis, with basic necessities refilled - water, coffee, towels, etc which was useful cause it was 3 of us using it daily; location is just about 10 mins walk from main station exit of high speed train to/from airport and in close proximity to ximen area - about 15-20 mins if you prefer to walk or just 1 stop with the blue metro line; breakfast is with variety - more suited to asian palate though and staff are friendly, room is well sound proofed
Cons: some carpet stain near door entry but really didnt bother us much; Not a lot of english translations for hotel signs and instructions - had some help from the other guests
Overall enjoyed our stay and would probably use this hotel again when i come back.

A short business trip”
Stayed in the hotel 5 days, decent service but a little rigid as they did not allow me to keep my luggage there as I don't have a future booking with them. Because of that, had to bring my luggage all the way to the train station and get it stored in lockers. The location isn't exactly VERY close to the train station - probably 10 minutes walk away. If you are with huge luggage, it might be a problem as elevators are rather limited and Taipei station can be very messy. Hotel was clean and I think price was okay. However, I think they lack a proper place to store luggage and you can see that most of the luggage stored in the lobby which is rather unsightly. Overall would recommend.

Great location if you need proximity to Taipei Main Station, but otherwise disappointing”
If you are travelling on the HSR or other rail networks and need to be near Taipei Main, this location is great. Walkable to the train station as well as Ximending. The hujiaobing (peppercakes) stall opposite is awesome! The hotel is clean and functional, no frills, no fuss.
However the internet is extremely spotty and that is a huge negative for a business traveller.

Location is good very near Taipei mrt, Departmental store, McDonald’s 24 hours, bubble tea store and Xi Men Ding. Beside hotel there is the famous pepper meat bun from Raohe street night market. Breakfast is simple and nice.
Staffs very helpful and friendly. Great stay!

the stay was fine...only if the breakfast could be different everyday...the rooms are actually smaller than in pictures...so quite hard to walk around the room if there is many stuffs around...also I'd ask for high floor but I got no view of outside from my room...quite disappointed.

Very small room”
Other traveller recommended to take Exit Z8 but there is no lift there.. Very inconvenience to those traveller with big luggage. I personally used Z8 / Z10 for the first few days then I use Z4 (with lift) for the next few days.
When we were staying in this hotel, earthquake with magnitude 3.1 strikes Taipei and we experienced it for about a minute. Very scary and thanks God we are safe!

Well if the Japanese tour groups love this clean and cosy hotel, then we have no issues too. Very nice gesture by the hotel to give us a free room upgrade for our 1st wedding anniversary. Very conveniently placed next to Taipei train/mrt/bus station.

Location is great. But the room is too small and not able to open suitcase. Breakfast is nice. Lots of Japanese tourists. Clean room and great services. Will go there again for the next visit to Taipei.

Good Location”
Transportation is not an issued as it just less than 5 minutes walk to train station. Surrounding got shopping, food court, local food. The hotel room is clean, breakfast is quite standard overall is good.

STOP and GO Bussiness trip”
This is excellent location for business trip where it is close to train stations for you to commute to popular tourist spot, night spot as well as travelling out of Taipei. the hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. Close to shopping mall, nice and cheap local food restaurants along the streets for you to enjoy.

Very nice hotel ”
We stayed in a triple room and the room is big enough for 3 adults and 2bb. Very clean and we are more than happy.
There are many good but small Taiwanese food restaurants around which you will have no problem feeding yourself even during mid night.
Waking to mrt entrance takes 3-5 mins only but it takes another 10 mins to arrive the platform. So with two little kids we took taxi most of the time and it's not difficult to get one in front of hotel even during peak hour. I would definitely stay in this hotel again next time when I go to Taiwan.

The room is spacious and clean, however, the aircon was too cold and there's no way to bring the temperature up, even after I asked for assistance at the front desk. It's about 5-10 mins walk to the subway station, and there is a departmental store (Mitsukoshi) and lots of eateries nearby.

Breakfast, location, staff, facilities everything is very nice. But... I think there are little bugs such as something black bugs or acaris in room I stayed. This hotel need to disinfect beds and carpet on the floor... :)

Okay hotel but make sure to get one with a window”
I asked to change to a room with a window & was told the extra price per night but when I went downstairs to do so, another staff told me a higher price! When I mentioned I was quoted a lower price, she agreed to it, but it felt a bit made-up to cheat unsuspecting guests who inadvertently book a windowless room.
