The best despite the pandemic! They really do try their best to accomodate and provide the best service. What I don't like is the parking lang talaga. Need na may mag check in muna before you can ask the guard to let you park sa designated space. 650/night ang pay.

At first, they gave me a wrong room but they immediately transferred me to a better and bigger room. All the amenities were great. The place is near 7eleven, promenade, chowking, jollibee, etc. The staff were very accommodating. During my stay, food wasn’t available but good thing na maraming malapit na place for me to buy food.

I've been travelling a lot and I've been to numerous hotels, airbnbs and Inns. And I checked in very late last week and the staff upgraded my room to an Executive suite plus they even extended my check out time so I can have my proper rest because my shift will end by 8am. Who does that nowadays? Thank you! Comfort and Tranquility the best!

The rooms are big. Location is excellent, near everything from restaurants, movies, shops, groceries and salons. I didn't notice the parking space though... it's not the classiest but it's nice and convenient.

Worth it for the price!”
Hotels in Manila are getting more and more expensive, but Greenhills Elan gives you a comfortable stay for not much money. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. Ask for a high floor so you can get an awesome view of the metropolis! I just wish they had a better room service menu (the food is pretty meh) but there are a lot of restaurants outside in the vicinity anyways.

Thank you for the complimentary overnight parking for my motorcycle! The staff were very friendly and attentive! The view of the city from my room was superb! We'll be back for a longer stay next time.

We have to do 9 nights and 10 days quarantine in hotel, and we did a great choice with Greenhills Elan. A lot of space and nice food, all included !

Great location ”
The hotel is very near greenhills shopping center u can opt to walk from the hotel. The room is very spacious and the facilities is updated. Except though at the comfort room they need to upgrade the bath tub and sink. High floorer rooms has a great view of the city. Helpful staff. Its a nit pricey almost the same as 5star hotels but its worth it.

Convenient for shopping in Greenhills”
Pros: Well maintained, clean, comfy bed. Lots of restaurants around. Mall is right on the doorstep. Decent water pressure. Slippers provided. Cons: No remote for TV. Internet can run slow or drop. Very worn window curtains, window looked out into ugly brick wall. Would have been better to mural the window.
