Exceptional”
We stayed in the executive suite for 4 nights and we had such a great and comfy stay. The room was very clean and cozy. It has a kitchenette that was equipped with all the basic things we need. The location was great. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again.

Room is very clean and spacious. The hotel is near bus stops and just walking distance to the train station. Staffs are very friendly and accomodating. Will be staying again when we come back to Auckland.

Good value but wouldn't return”
We got this very last minute so glad it was both available and affordable but wouldn't return. The room was average, only had one coffee capsule if we wanted to use the machine. Kitchen facilities were adequate and lots of bathroom linen which was good. Walls were quite thin so heard every time someone was in the hall. No room information booklet. Wasn't sure what was included in complimentary breakfast but after lots of resesrch found out - couldn't find a menu for those options or prices. Had a trail of ants from the bathroom to the kitchen which wasn't great - seemed to be a nest or something behind the bathroom vanity as thats where they were stemming from. Couldn't keep the windows cracked as there was a party next door and they were rather loud so didn't want that disturbing our baby and also during the day the neighbors could look right in when open - especially the bathroom which had no curtains. This caused the room to get quite stuffy Carpark was quite expensive considering it wasn't covered or in a secure space, plus there was ample parking on the road. Quite messy outside with renovations, heat pump units skewed over the place and rubbish around the car park. Staff were nice, friendly and efficient - can't fault them. Wasn't a fan of the beds and pillows - bit uncomfortable for me.

Everything is near shopping mall 1 km away around the hotel area have many different shops and restaurants easy to excess train to city center recommended

We stayed one night and took note of signs to respect other people at all times. We where awoken at 5.30 with the person in the unit above us thumping and banging till they left the room at 7.30. I said something at the office it was like a flash in the pan you have stayed I got your money see you later no way would stay there again.

I booked into Greenlane Suites a couple of days before my stay. I was really pleasantly surprised by how good value it was. Also how spacious the room was and that it had all the things I needed for a great stay. Very comfortable bed with good quality linen, fast wifi, coffee machine, microwave, hot-plate, shower essentials etc. Also it has windows that open so you can get fresh air as well as a heat pump. Room was also very quiet considering that it is close to a main road. I had a great nights sleep.

Was tricky to find as the sat bag took us to great south road in Auckland - which was a row of shops, instead of great south road in Epsom in Auckland..... I'm sure many people make that same mistake. The hotel was in easy location for what we needed, close to a beautiful park. Thoroughly pleased with the high standards in the hotel. Absolutely if we need to go to Auckland again we would book this hotel again!

Loved this hotel. Great value with the hot breakfast being the highlight! Loved the spinach they serve and the eggs were phenomenal! Great staff as well! The hallways were very heavily scented and the room had a slight body odour smell to it which cleared right away with the window open but overall it was wonderful and we would stay here again if we go back to Auckland.

Best place to stay in Auckland with family”
Pros: Location of the hotel is really good. Close to supermarket and eateries. Hotel staffs were really nice and professional. I had two kids with me and they enjoyed their stay due to very spacious one bedroom apartment. Everything was really clean. Nice little kitchen with everything that we need to feed our little monkeys. Soundproofing was good as well between walls. Cons: Soundproofing between floors are not that good. I could hear thumping noise from the floor above especially at night. I am a light sleeper and one night I had trouble sleeping for few hours because people from the room above came back around 2am at night and kept walking in the room and closing doors for quite sometime. Except that it was a real pleasure to stay at this property and would definitely book again. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed in King Suite - massive room with hob, microwave, toaster and all utensils and crockery. Huge tv with loads of channels but best part of this place is the staff. Genuine warm welcome and speedy check in as well as cheerful goodbye and fast checkout. Recommended.

Quiet and convenient”
Nice and new, this is a comfy place to stay, close to a large supermarket and cooking facilities in the room. Ample parking and Uber NZ$14 to Auckland waterfront means you can go out and leave the car behind. Liquor store next door with good prices and a great range.

Good value accommodation in a good location”
Very spacious room with a living room, comfortable and clean place to stay... Staff is nice and helpfull, free parking, and it's about 600 m walk to Queenstown city center... The walk back from the city to this hotel is quite step, but it's acceptable.

The bed was very comfortable. Surprisingly, because of the location on a main arterial route, it was very quiet, and the room was nice and dark. This has never ever been the case in any motel/hotel I've ever stayed in. So top marks for a restful night.

New, clean n spacious room with cooking facilities”
A wonderful surprise to find the interior was recently refurbished. The reception was friendly with fast service for checkin and checkout. The room had a stovetop, a microwave, with cooking and dining utensils and cutleries. The bed was comfortable but we didn't realize that they put the extra pillows in the drawer instead of the wardrobe.
