本来はそこまで期待していなかった、和風を選択したが、実は一階だった。うるさいかつくらいイメージをしたが、そうではない、明るくて、部屋も広くて、気持ちいい。商店街からすこし距離がありますが、意外に静かです。 In fact, I did not expect so comfortable here, because it is 1st floor. I had thought it might be noisy and wet, but I was wrong. it was the best room in my this tour. 朝食も美味しかったよ。 Breakfast was also delicious.

Excellent”
Great location (walking distance to bus terminal) in the quieter part of town and close to the forest onsen. Yummy breakfast. Best part was the in room onsen which was ginormous! Only suggestion would be a towel rack in the bathroom.

large and clean room, good hot spring water, large bathroom, but design not very good (wet after taking shower). breakfast simple -- though this is not our most serious complaint -- there were some problems with one of our dishes and we actually had to ask the staff to remake it.

CP值高適合團體旅遊”
我們五個人訂日式四人房+一床，空間很大，房間跟浴室都很乾淨，浴池很大泡澡很舒服，有第四台有小冰箱有毛巾有衣架備品什麼都有，隔音也不錯，現場加100元可以有中式早餐但是我們不需要就沒有加，停車場就在旁邊很方便，無可挑剔!唯一想給的建議就是招牌有點醜XD民宿外型很漂亮很像預售屋但是招牌不好看，晚上也比較不顯眼

超貼心超親切”
我們選擇住這邊是因為離綠11公車站牌近，前往抹茶山很方便。櫃台知道後建議我們至火車站搭乘才有坐位。知道我們不清楚火車站方向後，默默騎車到火車站附近等我們，確認有到火車站後再離開。 從抹茶山回來時，櫃台也一眼認出我們，並提醒可以喝點牛奶舒緩一下。 光這幾點就足以拿滿分，非常暖心！

不在熱鬧區，很安靜，住一樓日式四人房，隔音好，鄰房有住人，也未受影響，浴間很大，泡澡舒適，服務人員都很親切，衣服忘了帶走，還特地打電話通知，再去礁溪，會考慮入住

很棒的住宿經驗”
第二次回來住宿雙人房型，一樣有很好的住宿體驗。整體環境很乾淨，湯屋跟臥房的分離以及隔音做得很好，睡了一個好覺。溫泉溫度很夠，是碳酸氫鈉泉，湯池很大容納六個人都沒問題吧，可以很好的伸展身體跟放鬆。這次意外的從Agoda拿到比較好的價格感覺不錯。也有提供腳踏車可以免費使用，騎去鬧區吃東西很方便。推薦大家去住看看。

我們住的是日式四人房加一床，房間和浴室都很大，清潔度完全不用說超乾淨。走路到大街大概十分鐘的距離，不會太遠，晚上這邊是安靜的環境，搭配它的床我們都睡得非常好

房間小但是乾淨整齊，地點很好，去哪邊騎車都蠻快的。不過隔音有點不是很好，怕打擾的斟酌一下，浴缸的話非常乾淨但是水不是溫泉水。
