The owner was very helpful. He helped me carry my suitcase because there are a few flights of stairs up to the rooms. The room I was in was clean and had all the necessities I needed. The accommodation is very conveniently located near the Luodong Train Station and near many great food options. I was a little confused where the front door was at first but the owner arrived very soon so there wasn't any problems. Overall very happy - I would recommend booking a room with a window if you can. This was my first time staying in a room without a window and I wasn't sure what time of day it was haha.

房間設備老舊不齊全，整潔有待加強、冷氣不會冷，隔壁間住老闆娘的家人非常非常吵雜！ 這樣的房價和環境⋯只會來住一次。

整體而言非常好！房間佈置有心思，還有很多貼心設備，浴室連卸妝油都有，洗髮乳有準備比較好，對女生來說很貼心還有自由拿取挖耳棒、糖果，房間還算乾淨，是有些花飾看起來有點髒而已，浴室也蠻大的，缺點是房間是木板隔的，所以隔音明顯不足，也要特別去搜民宿電話，老闆娘才會出現，有點麻煩。但老闆娘服務態度很好很熱情，一見面就送我們一人一大杯綠茶飲料。這家還不錯。

住宿點離羅東夜市走路不到10分鐘，價格便宜，當日還幫我們免費升等成4人房，但民宿是公寓式一層樓分成4間房間賣，如果在意的人不建議住宿，如果只是簡單住一晚性價比較高，沐浴用品建議自己攜帶，因味道不太好聞(因人而異)，且沒有標示廠牌，比較像是舊式分裝沐浴用品的罐子~
