“Great city view & Location”
The view from rooftop pool was insane - KLCC, KL tower and 118! The location is so strategic - infront Quill City Mall for shopping. 1. The worse part is the check in / out process. - From G, need to go to childcare room in Level 1 to check in but the pic wasn't there untill 3.02pm (Supposed to check in 3pm). - The area wasnt great, just some table and plastic chairs - When he arrived, the process was so unnecessarily long! I swear it was 15 mins for me and I saw longer process for the other person. - First he check my booking on my phone, then I hv to send WhatsApp to him for him to start forwarding me the 'How To' details. Like editing things infront of me (so I'm waiting for this process on the spot). - Then he was reviewing the printed booking (crosscheck details) - Then we need to transfer RM200 for refundable security deposit - Then he read us abt check out time, charges if losing/damaging things, and many more on his paper while marking them using pen. - I saw another person - it was like more than 20 mins long. - For check out, he texted me 30 mins to remind. Then during check out, I need to fill in WhatsApp template for my bank details he forwarded Overall I think just need to make it simpler and faster like any other hotel. I never check in and out that long. 2. The doorlock - It uses passcode only, at first it didnt work for us. That someone has to help us. Then ok. - There's 2 rooms beneath the door. One for us, one for 'staff' that I guess responsible to watch out us if needed. Which doesnt feel comfortable for me personally haha bcs it's super close and he know your passcode. 3. The room itself - you can expect it to be basic (but clean anyway). The electric kettle sometimes didnt work - need to adjust the position few times. The hairdryer didnt really dry my hair well. The tv remote control need me to press harder. 4. Kitchen cabinet with just two small bowls+plate. The sponge didnt look new. Also, I saw it to be larger in picture. No table to eat, no toothbrush provided. Haha. But it's all ok (just expect very basic).
