Excellent service from very helpful staff”

We were driving to Salento and stopped here for the night before the last leg of the journey. The hotel was ideally located for us, not too far from the highway. We arrived late and the staff were incredibly helpful (Matteo in particular). The breakfast was great too. This hotel was such a pleasant surprise after a long drive, and I really appreciated the level of service.
There was no negatives, and I could not fault the experience.

Excellent customer service. Not everybody spoke English but the lady at the reception that did, supported us all the way. We had a wonderful dinner with locally produced wine. The food was too much ( maybe a bit too much) but very tasty and authentic. The room was spacious and the overall atmosphere very pleasant. I would certainly go back if I have the chance.

We loved our brief stay. The package with dinner and spa was perfect after hiking the "path of the gods". The staff was very kind and helpful. The ambience is very aesthetically pleasing and elegant. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it !!
