Fun for a wedding
Bar is attached to the hotel lobby
We stayed here as our friends were getting married at the hotel. We had a massive room with patio doors looking out to a small garden. Hotel provided use with a room to get ready in before check time which was handy

Lovely hotel, relaxing stay
fantastic breakfast!
We stayed at this hotel as we were guests at a wedding. The rooms were very clean and to a high standard. The hotel was perfect for a wedding and it was a fantastic evening. The breakfast was very good the next day with a large selection of either continental and english breakfast. We had a great nights sleep as the beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Outstanding hotel and wonderful service
Quality and comfort..great spa and indoor pool, beds are heavenly, and excellent restaurant
Grosvenor Pulford exceeded expectations. First and foremost was the pleasant first class service..even when we were an hour after breakfast had ended, chef rustled up two plates and hot coffee and likewise when we had to return after my friend's performance at a nearby theatre and the restaurant and bar food service was closed, the kitchen and room service came up with a lovely tray off hot food. The spa is really top class..excellent quality, luxury and we had an excellent steam bath and massage. The indoor pool looks out on the tennis courts and was delightful. The gym was well equipped so n excuses for not working out while enjoying such comfort. The main dining room is mainly Italian and our dinner was outstanding...I do not care for huge helpings and at the Grosvenor the plates were beautifully presented..it was also reasonably priced given the top quality. Finally, the deluxe room was great..the beds and pillows were incredible..could sleep all day unfortunately! Our room (43) had French doors opening out on a little terrace and the lawn and being Omar corner had windows on two sides. It was very comfortably furnished with quality linens. Outside the room is a lovely bright conservatory where one could site and read or simply relax listening to the fountain outside in the courtyard.

Good hotel, staff friendly, small room,
All round reasonable hotel. Room wss not worth the money though and could have done with a refurb i.e heated towel rail not working, bath hand rail loose, shower and hot water tap running hot and cold with varying pressure (very annoying). Had to chase room service at 3 pm in order for us to get ready to go out. A bit disappointing to say the least and I'm not normally one to find fault.. Doubt if we will stay again. Good points....Wonderful bed, brilliant staff and food.

Great facilities, very friendly and helpful
the room was excellent, and breakfast was good although you need to be in well before 10am as they started to clear away bang on 10am and the food was not replaced once it had run out.
