As someone who has been traveling all over the world for thirty years I have never met such kind people before. The bed and breakfast owners are some of the nicest and understanding people you could possibly meet. I had a flat-tire and the hosts made sure I had everything I needed to stay on schedule. The breakfast is amazing. I have never had such good parfait before. The bed and breakfast is conveniently located by a highway with many great restaurants nearby, but the rooms are located remote enough for there to be no sounds of traffic. The interior seems like a hodgepodge of items, but after careful study one can see how detailed and beautiful each of the aesthetic features are. Every single thing in the bed and breakfast go together in harmony. The property is enveloped in lights which makes the house look like it has come from a fairy-tale. Please do not take this to mean the place is not modern. There is a massive television and projectors all over the property. Grunberg Haus takes the best from the modern as well as the rustic.

The fact that I had to snap back to reality, and I could not stay longer. I cannot think of a single bad thing about the property.

Amazing character and genuine. This inn is very cozy and comfortable, dog friendly with great staff. I really appreciated the level of thought and quality the owners put into the decorations. It gives the place a lot of character. The building is also unique built in a traditional alpine style. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the owners for making my stay so great!

Great location, you can pick Sugar Bush or Stowe ski resorts both not far away. Super friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Strong and fast WiFi and you can spend quite some time just looking at interior, beautiful place. I was amazed how clean all facilities are including my room. Will definitely recommend to all my friends.

Coolest Inn we’ve ever been to! Nothing but AMAZING! The vibe, charming decor, great hang out spaces selection, Billiard tables, wonderful records collection (and records players) , sweetest Niko that accompanied us , excellent food (even during Covid) and above all - Duane and Leah’s great hospitality - everything is done from their heart ! Thanks for a wonderful family vacation we will never forget! We will definitely come back for more!

The breakfast sandwich was out of this world! Duane was so nice and his wife Leah were so accommodating. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful inn. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious and considering Covid they wrapped them up for you to go.

The breakfast burrito made me want to have it 5 days a week. Duane was extremely hospitable and friendly - the Haus was clean and tidy. Neko and June are part of the experience

my room was designed like a cabin should be . the host was great and the wife was working hard behind the scenes to make sure breakfast was excellent . they have a very well behaved dog on the property which greated my wife and i everyday which i think is a nice touch also .

Leigh and Duane made us feel absolutely welcome. Their natural charm creates an ambiance that makes all of the guests relaxed and happy to chat with one another. There is am ample space to be on your own if you wish, or hang with others.

We absolutely LOVED Grunberg Haus. From the decor, to the breakfast, to the owners, and even their dog Nico, everything was fabulous. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone traveling to the area.
