Worst lobby experiences
Bathroom, concierge staff, gym
5 star rated hotel with 1 star lobby service. Had an issue with Agoda booking during check-in and we need to explain repeatedly with the staff on how to get to a solution, even the lobby manager is not attentive while making non-helpful remarks. When we courteously asked the lobby staff to attend to our call with Agoda (yes! we called agoda ourselves and clarify the whole issue) since we would like to check into the room, the staff just hang up the call in front of us, after we have waited a long time for the staff to check on our issue. Room smells moldy, however the bathroom is good. Breakfast is poor with not much selection. Gym is great, probably due to open membership, and we are non-paying guests from the hotel. Highlight is the infinity pool with a view of nearby construction works, when swim across to the edge and you will noticed all sorts of things hanging on the edge of the pool. We left immediately after this. The hotel is right beside Ampang Park LRT, a station away from KLCC area, which is convenient. However considering both upkeep and staff service, we would not step into this hotel anymore in the future, since there are more options nearer to KLCC and Bukit Bintang area.

It was my 2nd time coming back to GTower since 2 years back and I am surprised they did not fail to disappoint. In terms of comfort & cleanliness the hotel was still well maintained. Unlike some hotels in KL city which could be a little run down with not very good maintenance. GTower offered great rooms at an affordable value. It is close to KLCC yet you don't get stuck in the jams because its behind the main road.

spacious room, comfortable bed.
near to major attraction, comfortable, value of money
when the time i reached was almost 12 midnight, the stuff in front desk not so friendly when i asked about extra breakfast voucher, but during check out the stuff is friendly. The hotel not suitable for children under 12, not so child friendly. As i have seen the card written children below 12 are not allowed to go to the club on 28th floor. 28 floor is the place where u have your breakfast. The room is spacious and comfortable, except for few bulbs did not work. Bathroom doesn't have bathtub. overall nice stay-the bed n pillow are so comfortable. I booked the hotel through other website, so there is discount for that, otherwise is not worth the money.
